IMT Ghaziabad Hostel For Male
IMT Ghaziabad hostel is fully air - conditioned which can house nearly 500 students. There are separate hostels for male & female candidates. IMT Ghaziabad hostel rooms are of double sharing & the student has to change the room at the end of the first year. There is a one-step registration process for the hostel room. There is an air - conditioned dining hall in the dining building on the ground floor. This building can cater up to 600 persons at one time. IMT Ghaziabad hostel fee is INR 1 Lakh which is already included in the total programme fee.

Hostel Facilities:
The course fee includes hostel accomodation. The rooms are fairly spacious with single beds, tables and cupboards for each student. The hostels and room mates are allocated on a random draw basis. The college provides 4 meals a day right from breakfast to dinner. The meals are fairly decent, ofcourse there are some days when the mess menu won't seem appealing but you can always rely on the college canteen for some quick bites.

Hostel Facilities:
the room is double occupancy and there are 2 almirahs, 2 single beds and 2 table chairs set in each room. the room also has air conditoner. living in a hostel is mandatory as it is a residential program. the quality of food is very good and they provide 4 meals with a day, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. registration is quite easy you just need to go and verify some details then they will tell you the allotted room.

- 2 hostels,travelling to main camous for attending classes from CDL hostel becomes a hectic task
- curriculum is very fast paced and classes go on even on weekends.
Hostel Facilities:
IMT has two hostels - one is on the main campus(Co-ed) and the other is known as CDL. Two people share a room and all students in a wing have a common bathroom-washroom. The food provided is very good with good no. of variety and very nutritious. Hostel fees are included in a common fee(19.5 lac) and not known and paid separately.

Hostel Facilities:
There are 2 campuses at IMT Ghaziabad - 1) Main Campus - Single occupancy and Double occupancy 2) CDL Campus - Double occupancy only I got a single occupany room in the main campus. The registeration process was simple. Inside the room there was a bed, chair, table, wadrobe and AC. The room is quite spacious for luggage. The only downside I would say from my point is view is that every floor has common washrooms which might be difficult to adjust for a few people. The mess food is very good here. There is a variety of food and the mess committee has done a good job so far. From my undergrand hostel experience, I used to order food from outside quite a lot. But after coming to IMT Ghaziabad, I haven't had the need to order food from outside yet. So that tells a lot about the quality of the food offered here.

Hostel Facilities:
The room has 2 separate beds,2 almirahs, and 2 tables. The room has an air conditioner. The meal quality is decent in comparison to other colleges and there is a canteen for the students. Registration process for hostel is done on the same day on the registration day itself.

The hostel is very good. We have cleaning staff who take care of the room. You might be asked to change rooms at times due to unforeseen circumstances. The room is spacious with 2 single beds and 2 separate almirahs and 1 AC

Hostel Facilities:
The hostel's amenities are generally adequate. Each student is given a single room, however, there isn't a bathroom in the space. In the corridor, it is typical. There are 40 rooms on each floor. The building has four stories but no elevator. Cleanliness is up to par. There are good services and access to all the essential amenities.

- Clubs will always hold a special place in my heart as it not only inculcates the leadership spirit but makes you bond to strangers who turns into becoming your family.

- I disliked the mess food as it is not value for money and should be improved upon immediately

Hostels are single occupancy rooms and in each corridor, there are 2 washrooms. Rooms are spacious but need repairs even the food served in the mess is not up to appropriate taste and needs to be improved upon.

- Rigorous curriculum and number of classes, especially classes on weekends. Though it's common in all top B-schools.
Hostel Facilities:
Most of the rooms are double sharing. Hostels are fully air-conditioned, with ACs installed in all the rooms. It is compulsory for all the students to live in a hostel, and given how the campus is active 24*7, it is needed as well.

Hostel Facilities:
We have an AC in the room. We need to share a room with another person but it's comfortable. There is a common washroom which can be a hassle but it's fine. We can't rent a Pg as this is a fully residential program. Meals are good as most mess meals are. We get 3 meals and one snack in the evening. The breakfast is great. We get milk and cornflakes during breakfast if we don't wish to eat the meal

Are all/any hostel rooms at IMT Ghaziabad air conditioned?
IMT Ghaziabad batch size is huge and one campus is not sufficient to house them. So in 2012 an additional distance campus CDL was made a few km away from the main campus. Both campuses have hostels but the main campus hostels have no air conditioning at all. These hostels are occupied by both girls and boys whereas the CDL hostel is exclusively for boys. This hostel provides both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. To avail of an air-conditioned room, you have to pay an extra fee. These rooms are for the boys only.
How is IMT Ghaziabad's hostel life?
Based on my friends' experience, IMT Ghaziabad’s hostel life is pretty decent. IMT Ghaziabad has two hostels, one at the main campus, the other 3 km away from the main campus. The main campus hostel is mainly occupied by boys and girls of the second year while the other hostel mainly has boys of the first year. Such a mixed setup facilitates team projects and assignments and also makes you ready for the corporate world.
The major highlight of IMT Ghaziabad hostel life are the many fests and events held regularly. They help keep the hostel alive and dynamic.
The food served at IMT Ghaziabad's hostel mess is one of the best you can get. The breakfast is elaborate with everything like aloo parathas, mooli parathas, bread omelet, poha and even tea. The lunch and dinner menu is also no less and the evening snacks are excellent. A canteen and coffee vendor machine operates from 9-4.
IMT Ghaziabad boasts of a very massive and well built auditorium which is where most of the competitions of North B Schools are held. It’s the pride of the institution.
So the hostel life at IMT Ghaziabad is one you will miss forever.
How good is the hostel food at IMT Ghaziabad?
I am not exaggerating by saying the IMT Ghaziabad hostel offers the best food you can get at a mess. My cousin was once a student there and had to pay INR 9000 for both food and lodging combined.
- The mess was initiated and is run by the mess committee which is a student body.
- Everything related to the menu is decided by the mess committee and is feedback based. So the food which most people dislike is taken down while the food which is everyone’s favorite remains on the menu.
- The seasonal dishes are offered regularly
- The taste is pretty good provided that you have lowered your expectations and are not comparing the messy food with homemade food
- Breakfast is the most elaborate and coveted meal of the day and seasonal fruit is offered every day.
- Non-vegetarians can satisfy their taste buds and thrive for a week.
- The campus canteen is also available and functions 9-5 am.
- There is a coffee vending machine within the campus for coffee lovers
- You can walk to the Kavi Nagar market for more variety of food.
So if you are worried about food, you can rest assured for IMT Ghaziabad provides the best.
