IMT Ghaziabad achieved a 100% placement rate for the 2021-2023 batch, successfully placing 517 students in just 17 days. The highest salary package reached 65.6 LPA, with an average of 17.35 LPA and a median of 16 LPA. The top 10% and 20% of students earned average packages of 29.61 LPA and 25.3 LPA, respectively. More than 150 companies participated, including 77 new recruiters, offering roles across marketing, finance, operations, HR, and consulting.
Notable recruiters included ITC, Morgan Stanley, Blackrock, and Bajaj Auto, offering diverse roles in sectors like BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, and pharma. Internships were equally successful, with firms like Goldman Sachs offering the highest internship stipend of 3 lakhs for two months and an average stipend of 1.04 lakh. The Dual Country Program (DCP) offered stipends up to AED 6000 per month, with an average of AED 2000. The DCP program has a fee of approximately INR 28.73 lakhs, providing international exposure with one year in India and another in Dubai.
This fee is higher compared to other courses at IMT, which are around INR 19-20 lakhs, but the international experience is seen as valuable. The program fees increase by 10% annually. IMT offers scholarships such as the Smt. Leela Nath Memorial Scholarship, giving a 25% fee waiver for female students, and a Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme offering a 100% scholarship for economically weaker sections. Despite higher costs, the strong placement record supports the investment for many students.
