The minimum eligibility for admission to MSW at IISWBM is Graduation.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are preparing to apply for admission to the MSW program are required to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
- Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent course from a recognised University.
- Candidates must have at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates)
- Candidates who have any professional course (Engineering, etc.), LL.B (5 years) of a recognised University with 50% aggregate marks are eligible too.
- Final admission will be based on the qualification being approved by the University of Calcutta, India for admission to the Master’s Degree course in Social Welfare.
