Likes

Faculty because they are from the same field and have the best experience and lessons to teach us.
Scholarships are also available on merit basis to the top 40 candidates and girls have special scholarships.
The registration process for the hostels is very easy because it is included in the semester fees and it is pretty affordable and worth it for the value it provides.

Dislikes

None other than less holiday,but that is also one of the disadvantages of being in this course
The ground is not well maintained and long grass are pressent
The fees required is very much is not worth it

Placements are 100 percent guaranteed in this college and if you clear all your semester without backlogs then there is a high chance of placement in the second year . Mistake everyone gets placed on the third year

In tmi they offer 100 percentage placement. In first sem only we can be able to be placed. All the companies first preference is tmi. All the cadets of tmi will be place before 4th year. There is no worry about placement

Review On Life In TMI

Likes

Infrastructure was the best in the whole state.
Disciplined life for all the cadets is mandatory
Placement is alright if you keep up the work.

Dislikes

Faculty is aright but some can be annoying sometimes..
Course syllabus is kinda too much sometimes.
Campus life can be hectic and stressful for normal people.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to become a mariner. Faculty memebers can vary based on there nature but all are helpul to teach you if you request and ask kindly. Most of the faculty have written 4-5 books here so they must be qualified enough to teach. Term exams are every semister and are difficult but are not impossible to pass. Passing is easy but getting good marks is tough.

From The 3 Or 4 Semester Cadets Get Chance To Sit In The Company Exam And Thome, Torm, Chevron, Synergy, Fleet, Scorpio, Nyk, Kline, Wsm, Dynocom, Etc The highest Package For A Cadet Was 1100 Pounds And The Average Package For A Cadet Is Around 500-600 Dollars You Need To Maintain 75% Became Cheif Engineer And Run A Business "

Life at tolani

Likes

Uniform is very nice proper turn out to be followed.
Dummy ship is present in campus things get simpler
Sports event are conducted on daily basis.

Dislikes

Morning PT really I don’t like in this campus
Study is very tough only take admission if you study well
Not getting proper sleep to hectic. Schedule.

Placement does happen, nice companies are visiting every semester. For B.Sc. nautical science 100% placement, Whereas to be honest for B.Tech marine engineering 95% placement if not getting placed till 4th-year college will help us.

TMI THE BEST.

Placement Experience:

Students get eligible for companies in 2 years and 2 semesters. After all, subjects are cleared i.e don't fail in any of subjects. Companies that visited in 2 years are Maersk tanker and shevron. In the third year BW, STENA,NYK and cellarman. In the fourth year so many companies.

BEST COLLEGE IN WORLD TMI.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B Tech because of the facility and faculty. For BTech, there is a workshop, a dummy ship called PVD and also a stimulator. Exams are conducted 2 times a year. The faculty is well-qualified and always supports us.
