Placement Experience:

SVIT provides good placement opportunities for general IT roles, but students aiming for niche fields like Cyber Security need to take initiative, upskill themselves, and explore off-campus options. The college is improving slowly, and I believe future batches will benefit more if industry tie-ups are strengthened.

Campus has very less placement packages because they were non autonomous but from 2024 they changed to autonomous and upgrading the college infrastructure from 3rd year the students are eligible for internships and placement

We have separate labs for each subject and we do it practically to understand things. I took the course cse(IoT) because I have interest in knowing how things work actually. Right now I am 3rd year and we have subject sensors and devices and many more

The general requirements for the departmental major(s) and minor(s) (the department may offer more than one). are set by the college in terms of the number of course credits necessary to fulfill graduation qualifications.
