JNTUH reports 117+ placement offers this year with CSE leading and highest salary reaching INR 30 LPA.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has officially released its 2025–26 placement statistics, showing strong recruitment across B.Tech and M.Tech programs. The university recorded over 117 job offers, with Computer Science branches securing the maximum selections and top pay packages.
The highest CTC touched INR 30 LPA, while several departments posted stable median and average salaries. The placement drive included participation from IT, core engineering, and emerging technology recruiters during the current academic cycle.
The latest placement data reflects steady hiring across 19 courses, with noticeable salary growth, particularly in technology-focused streams. The JNTUH university recorded 117+ total offers, while the highest package reached INR 30 LPA.
In the Computer Science stream, the median salary stood at INR 9 LPA and the average package touched INR 12 LPA, showing consistent pay levels for students.

Recruiters showed strong interest in CSE, AI & ML, and ECE branches, indicating a clear focus on software, artificial intelligence, and digital skills during this placement season.
Computer Science and allied branches dominated the recruitment drive. B.Tech – CSE led with 32 students placed and 32 offers, with the top salary of INR 30 LPA, followed by B.Tech – CSE (AI & ML) with 20 offers and a highest package of INR 21 LPA. B.Tech – ECE recorded 13 offers with INR 19 LPA as the top CTC, while the Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech (CSE) program secured 7 offers with INR 21 LPA.
At the postgraduate level, specialisations such as Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Networks, and Digital Systems reported highest packages around INR 8 LPA, ensuring stable opportunities for M.Tech students as well.

A comparison with previous years shows that the university has maintained steady progress in placements. In A.Y 2024–25, the campus saw 630+ offers, 110+ companies, and 60+ paid internships, with the highest salary at INR 26.35 LPA, average salary at INR 9.4 LPA, and an overall placement rate of 65%.
Earlier, A.Y 2023–24 recorded 560+ offers with the highest package of INR 52 LPA and INR 7 LPA average salary, while A.Y 2022–23 also reported 560+ offers with INR 24.25 LPA as the top package and INR 5.87 LPA average salary.
These figures highlight a consistent rise in average salaries and recruiter participation over time.
With the placement season still underway, more companies are expected to visit the campus in the coming months. Students are advised to update their resumes, practice technical and HR interviews, strengthen coding and core subject skills, and keep all academic and ID documents ready.
