Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It is a highly complex process. The explanation below is tedious, but it is instructive for students (and potential faculty) to appreciate the effort that goes into this. First, there is a curriculum committee, which may take a number of forms. Sometimes it is a separate committee. Sometimes it is the undergraduate committee operating for undergraduate courses and the graduate committee operating for graduate courses. The general requirements for the departmental major(s) and minor(s) (the department may offer more than one). are set by the college in terms of the number of course credits necessary to fulfill graduation qualifications. These general requirements for majors and minor will be uniform throughout the college. In a large university with many colleges there will be a general university requirement for all majors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for commerce courses in professional institutions varies depending on the specific institution and the course selected. Generally, the fees for professional courses such as CA, CMA, and CS can range from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands of dollars. Many institutions offer installment payment plans and financial assistance to help students manage the costs of their education. Scholarship opportunities are available for commerce courses in professional institutions, including merit-based scholarships, need-based scholarships, and talent-based scholarships. Students can search for scholarship opportunities on the institution's website or other scholarship search engines. Some scholarships are offered by private organizations, while others are offered by the government. To be eligible for scholarships, students need to meet certain criteria, such as academic performance, financial need, or specific talent.

Campus Life

4.5

What is campus life? What is college life like when you live on campus? One word: “HAPPENING” College life is incomplete if you don't live it on the campus. My sir was an IITian and the way he described his campus life, you would have seriously envied him. You wake up due to your roommate's alarm at 6am while he sleeps till noon. You share everything, soap, clothes, toothpaste, deos and what not with your roomie. You start saying “I'm fine” even when you feel sick. You understand that friends are not the ones you usually hangout with, they are the ones you can call whenever you feel low. You get to watch cricket matches and football matches in the campus halls with a crowd of 100+ loud, energetic youngsters like you. Seriously something worth experiencing. You can eat anything. Just anything. The food in the mess is something you will have to get used to. You get involved in all on campus activities, and you learn what is teamwork. You learn how to adjust, and to behave well even wi

Admission

The Campus greets students with a vibrant academic atmosphere and a nurturing community that propells personal and intellectual growth. One of the standout aspects of this University is its exceptional faculty. Professors at this institution are not only accomplished experts in their fields but also deeply passionate about teaching and mentorship. Their dedication to imparting knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging intellectual curiosity is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure that students receive a well-rounded education that extends beyond the classroom hence no tuitions needed.

Placement Experience:

SVIT provides good placement opportunities for general IT roles, but students aiming for niche fields like Cyber Security need to take initiative, upskill themselves, and explore off-campus options. The college is improving slowly, and I believe future batches will benefit more if industry tie-ups are strengthened.

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.
