FET Jain University Admissions 2026
Admissions are based on national or state-level entrance exams or the Jain Entrance Test . The application fee is INR 600 for B.Tech and INR 1,200 for M.Tech. M.Tech candidates with valid GATE scores are exempted from JET. Candidates may follow the steps given below to apply for FET Jain University Admissions.

FET Jain University Scholarships 2026
Faculty of Engineering & Technology awards scholarships to eligible students, based on various criteria. Some FET Jain University Scholarships are given below.
- JEE Main Scholarships: Based on scores availed in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, BTech aspirants applying to JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) - Faculty of Engineering and Technology shall be eligible for the grant of the meritorious scholarships. To be eligible, the candidate must be a citizen of India and residing in the country. Students who have secured minimum of 60% and above in 12th/2nd PUC/equivalent examination board prescribed as per AICTE and UGC.
- Sports Scholarships: Candidates who have won/participated at the National level in Super-A Games or B-Games during five years of basic education in India are eligible. Additionally, candidates who have participated and won Trophy/Medals in Super-A and B- Games while studying in from class 8 and 12 (five years).
- Defence Scholarships: Wards of Serving/ Ex Armed Forces personnel are eligible for this scholarship. Candidates need to possess a Defence Certificate (in-service). The candidate must possess a Defence Certificate issued by Joint Director/Deputy Director (Ex-Defence personnel).
- SC & ST Category Scholarships: Candidates will have to produce a caste certificate/caste income certificate issued by the concerned Jurisdictional Tahsildar as per Government Regulations.
- MTech Scholarships: Gate Qualified students are eligible for Scholarship (50% of the 1st year Tuition fee, 1 seat per branch) and the same to be continued if the candidate scores more than 60% in 1st year.

Ques. What is the procedure to block a seat at FET Jain University after admission?
Ans. Candidates after the counselling will be notified with a Provisional Admission Offer Letter. On receiving the letter students can opt for the following option to confirm the seat. To accept the offer letter, you have to visit the student dashboard and pay the fee.
All cancellations shall be processed as per the JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) cancellation policy.
Ques. What is the process to avail a scholarship at FET Jain University?
Ans. Candidates may apply for a FET Jain University by following the steps given below:
- The scholarship committee will shortlist a merit list of candidates eligible to apply for scholarship after the results of the JEE examination are announced.
- The scholarship committee will announce the shortlisted candidates eligible for scholarships on the University's website. Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the Scholarship Counselling Round (SCR). The details of the counselling session will be mailed to the candidate's registered e-mail ID.
- The final list of Merit-cum-means selected candidates will be published on the University's website.
- The candidates need to fulfill the provisional admission formalities within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Provisional Admission/Scholarship mail. Failing to which the Provisional Admission/Scholarship offer will be withdrawn.
- The University grants scholarships up to 25% (I year only) on tuition fees payable by the candidate and recurring performance-based scholarships as per the norms set by JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).
- The decision/approval of the scholarship committee will be final and abiding.
