FET Jain University Application Process 2025
Jain University BTech is offered by 7 departments at the Faculty of Engineering & Technology. Candidates who have cleared 10+2 with 45%, along with valid JEE Main, ComedK, or UniGauge scores are eligible for admissions. For 2025, ComedK application fee stood at INR 1950 (plus convenience charges) for COMEDK only. For both ComedK and UniGauge exams, INR 3200 + convenience charges is the application fee.
MTech admissions are granted based on Jain Entrance Test scores. Candidates with valid GATE scores or State Exam scores are exempted from the JET. Candidates may follow the steps given below to apply for FET Jain University.
- Enter all the relevant details carefully.
- An E-mail will be sent from JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) to authenticate your email id. Please authenticate to proceed for further application process.
- All the communications will be sent to your registered email id and mobile number.
- Requests for change of Mobile Number / E-mail Id / Correspondence address will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Fill the online application form, and provide all relevant details carefully.
- Provide Personal Information like Address Information, Academic Information, and Additional Information.
- Upload your recent passport size colour photograph and upload your Xth mark sheet.
- An application number will be generated after submission.
- Refer your application no. for all your future correspondence.
- The payment can be done via online mode through Net banking / Credit / Debit card. Application Cost Rs.600/- (inclusive of GST) - for General Candidates.

Ques. What are the steps to confirm your provisional admission at FET Jain University?
Ans. Provisional admissions are valid subject to submission of original documents at Jayanagar Campus and verification from the university. To complete your admission process, candidates who have confirmed their seat are required to pay the Balance fee and/or complete other admission formalities (original document submission and Hostel/Bus fees, if required) within 21 days from the date of provisional admission.
Ques. What is the eligibility criteria for Jain University BTech lateral entry admissions?
Ans. A candidate who has passed any Diploma or B.Sc. (PCM, PMCs, PME) or equivalent examination and scored a minimum of 45% (40% in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.) marks taken together in all the compulsory subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) diploma Examination (Q.E) will be eligible for admission to the B.Tech courses.
