Top engineering college in pune

Some faculty were not highly experienced

Approaching the faculty is considerably easy, there is an parent teacher(personal guide) on group of 15-25 students to solve out there common issue. Although all the faculty were good but I have high interaction with mathematics n cloud computing professor. All are highly qualified and trained, so there is no doubt on knowledge of faculty. I not say that I haven't like any faculty but some faculty were strict in nature, to make obligation on student to follow rule n regulations, show decipline manner... There are some class test and unit test before the term end examination. These Test could be on single unit or multiple units together. The relevancy of curriculum can be said around 80 percent with respect to industry/jod ready.

my college journey

basically the faculty of my college is really good they are two supportive and they make sure that you able to learn properly . course structure of my perticular branch is really good and I was able to know the basic concept of electronic . so my college exam system is like there is 8 same and in each sem there is one insem and endsem so totally we are having 8 sems so we get total of 16 exam

Modern education society's wadia collage of Pune Engineering life

Best thing about our course is that we have maximum placement ratio related to other branches but need to develop skills of coding by self , no any help of college faculty is involved. Fest and extra curricular activities are conducted for 7 days onc
There is a campus concellor who would help u if you are stuck in any of the situation and guide u , teachers also provide good guidance according to what they could help us.

Knowledge of faculty is not that good as it should be , we need to do the things by our own and not rely on them most of the times

First year faculty of all branches is the best as they have much more of knowledge with profound qualities of helping and lab handling, from second year of computer engineering, the faculties lack in knowledge of subjects as well as coding related to that , in labs they just tell us perfom this practical and we ourselves need to perform it ; this is the actual scenario of most of teachers but 2 out of 5 are good ones with knowledge and coding skills they do tell u each of things related to theory exams as well as coding, where as entc faculty holds good regarding to knowledge and helpfull nature , they are too much passionate towards teaching and skills related to their subject.

the faculty is very supportive and they help you at every step

The faculty is very dedicated and qualified. They teach very nicely and exam assistance is provided itself in class. Unit tests and term work assessment is done regularly in class. The practicals are taken very seriously and hand out submissions are done on time. Overall good learning environment.

The teachers are rude and too strict with us.

There are four departments in our college. First is computer engineering. Second is Electronics and telecommunication engineering. Third is automation and robotics engineering. Fourth is mechanical engineering. A&R is a new branch in our college. Our college is affiliated with sppu.

WADIA PLACEMENTS.....??

The course is of 4 years in which first year is common to all branches.From second year branch related subjects are there.The first year you have maths , electronics or electrical and system in mechanical engineering. The professors are very good. Most of them have completed there masters and few are phd holders.

i really like how faculty is helpful. and how each faculty adopts to teaching style in which students understand better.

each class has strength of 60-70 students our of which there are 3 batches of 20-25 students. the practicals are held in batches meaning only 20 students in practical lab. its very nice as teachers can focus well on students. from second year a group of 3-4 students is assigned to a teacher to look after their academics.

Overall experience in wadia

The staff is really good and very conscious about the course and placements

The faculty is good bit strict but for your well. The examination is conducted by savitribai Phule pune university (SPPU). From the year 2024 the exam will conducted only at semester end there is no more midsem/insem because of pattern change. 70 marks of return exam and 30 marks for your oral, submission,etc. given by your faculty
