My college campus is very good neat and clean
My college faculties are high educated.
The senior junior relationship is very good

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not good and comfortable
The transportation for the college is very bad
The insufficient amount of water supply .

Placement Experience:

In the 7th semester students are eligible for the placement. The number of companies visited to our college is argusoft,Infosys,TCS etc the average students are getting placements is only 30 percentage.higest package is eight lakhs and avarage is 4lakhs

Senior junior relations except some is good boys girl ratio is 1:3
College is present in the lap of the nature and homely atmosphere
Faculties are very much supportive and friendly

Dislikes

Transportation is very bad, poor infrastructure
Need more laboratories and new should be included
Placement services is very poor and provided ow packages

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is poor. In 7 semester students eligible for campus. TCS, Infosys and argusoft companies are visited. Highest package is 8 LPA and average package are 3to 4 LPA 30 % students only get the placement My plan is higher studies

IGIT is Our Best College

Likes

The 1st thing I liked about my college is there is sufficient amount of hostel rooms are present for girls as well as boys which is very important and the girls are feeling safe and secure. On the other hand boys have option to live in hostel/outside
Second thing I like about my college is its big and clean campus
Another thing I liked about my college is the shops are very nearby and everything is selling there

Dislikes

First thing I disliked about my college is some faculties whose teaching level is very low
Second thing I disliked about my college is the small number of cafeteria and canteens
Another thing I disliked about my college is the uniform. They should remove uni8feom colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

As per me the course are offered by this institution is also very good but there is a disadvantage that the college has not a 100 percent placement. Everyone is not placed in any company every year. But the courses are good

The real deal: what it's like to study at IGIT

Likes

Around my college the view is so nice it's so satisfying and beautiful to watch the sunset there
It's full of greenary and everyone is so caution about this environment they also don't want to ruin this environment
Some of the lecturers treat us as their own children they are so nice upto their behaviour.

Dislikes

There are numerous monkeys sometimes it become so difficult to step out of hostel due to them
This place is in outarea so it's sometimes become difficult to connect through internet.
I guess our college should also took initiative of taking mock interview.

Placement Experience:

When I entered this college I was very concerned about the placement although I knew that here placement ratio is somehow good but I talk to many seniors and gradually get to know about the placement Students after completing their projects can sit in the placement, having cgpa atleast 7.5, some of the company demands no back paper.

Hostel facility is too good and college provides 5 boys hostels for every year students and 2 girls hostel

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not so good and location is not that much good

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester end students become eligible for placement and the companies like Argusoft ,incture , scaledge, gyansis, delta x, are coming and avg package is of 6-7 lakhs. Placement rate is 60-70 percent my plans after degree either a job or will apply for cat cam

I like the faculty members and their behaviour and their support to our us
The sports activities in our college are very good. We also have all types of sports in our college.
Our college also promote all the extra curricular activities like painting, sketching, dancing, ETC

Dislikes

There is nothing about this college that I dislike
The college is very good. There is nothing to dislike.
It just like the placement is very bad..

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum and the faculty members are absolutely fine and they teach very well. All are graduated from very renowned institute of India and Orissa. The faculty to student ratio is kind of one is to 80 The term exams are type of internal one. Then internal 2, then the semester exam. The exam pattern is pretty good and the exam is also not that difficult to pass. If you study well you will pass well.

The Campus and the environment of IGIT gives peace.
The hostel and canteen is maintained properly.
Our lectures are good and simple. they are best.

Dislikes

The jungle besides of our college is not good.
The communication is not good. This is poor.
The night out at our college is not good because of monkeys.

Placement Experience:

The placement at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is good. The Placement coordinator is as good as teachers. I would glad to share you all that the placement of our college is good and the package was awesome.

Likes

First of all I liked the environment and campus of school.
Then it's extra curriculum activities like there are so many fests and functions observed in our college.
At last I liked the relationship between students and faculties. They are so friendly and serious towards building the carrier of students.

Placement Experience:

If you are looking for a good package in Igit then you have to opt for core branch. Because here the package of core branches is decent but non cores have pretty good. You will be able to apply for placement from 5th semester. Every year 60 to 70% students get placed . There are so many companies like tcs, tech Mahindra, Wipro, adani, tata steel, dn ns india, l&t , and so many are therefore
