I like the style of teacher how they tought us
I like labrotories and the library . Library which contain 80000 plus books
I like in our college beacuse it addeed tecnhology like added smart board in class room

Dislikes

I dislike behavior of mess staff . They don't have manner how to talk with student

I choose VSSUT burla ,OUTR ,IGIT sarang . Beacuse this college is autonumos college I didn't get other college beacuse I have low rank in jee . My preparation for jee very low time first you go to give entrance jee and register ojee counsiling and come to college and taking addmision

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is a government college but provides much more facilities like private colleges.

Likes

Library of this college is well designed and is also provides study environment. The libraries are with AC.
The faculty members are very good. And classes also held regularly.
There is a college uniform, which i personally thought is vey important for students.

Dislikes

The network facility is very poor in this college, as it is in a rural area.
There is no theatre , parks, clubs etc. outside the college campus in this area.

Admission:

In odisha we have a specific counselling procees named as OJEE counselling. In this we have to apply for many colleges as we want. So i applied for VSSUT,Burla and OUTR,Bhubaneswar and many more colleges. But i got this college (Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology , Dhenkanal) as according to my JEE main rank. Our colleges admission process is very easy. At the time of admission all payments taken by online. We to make payments , show receioptts to college and then verify our documents by the college and then they give us our temporary ID card and thats it.

Admission:

I firstly applied for IGIT then OUTR after that VSSUT. I got confirmed admission letter from VSSUT,Burla. But many brothers and sisters of my society are said to join igit sarang and i was also interested to join this college since my childhood. The admission process occured very smoothly.

Welcome to IGIT

Likes

We have regular classes and lab classes daily .
We have all the efficient equipments in our laboratory.
Safety is our first priority in laboratory.

Dislikes

Girls are very less in our classes compared to boys.
Girls hostel is 1.5km away from college .
We have uniform in our college unlike other colleges which don't have any uniform.

Admission:

I chose this college for this particular branch . Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections. And most students prefer electrical engineering in our college than any other branch because it provides wide range of job opportunities as it has the best experienced faculties and effective equipments for laboratory practicals. As it is a core branch students can opt for both core as well as non- core jobs . Students are equally prepared for IT jobs being in electrical branch . Therefore our strength is the most compared to other branches . Although girls to boys ratio is very less . Therefore it makes easier for girls to get placed in this branch .

The classroom is very big and spacious with lots of compatibility
Faculties are good and very supportive for the placements
The playground is so big and do have old canteen.

Dislikes

Very few amount of labs. We need more labs for experimental purpose
Food quality is not so good we need improvement in the food quality
Environmental is very polluted because of presence of thermal plants near our college

Admission:

The other college I have applied what got rejected is Odisha University of technology and bera Surendra Sai University of technology but due to the low ranking in exam High court rejected then I got a seat from Indira Gandhi Institute of technology Sarang

IGIT Sarang is comes under the top 3 college from the among institute of odisha.I choose this college because unfortutently,I couldn't get chanced to get admisssion in VSSUT,BURLA and OUTR,BHUBANESWAR.As compared to other govt as well as private colleges the average packages of our college is good.and LAB experience is better & my college has the large campus areas of 189 Acres which is fully cover with green enviroment.You could get Addmission through JEE main rank and OJEE rank.

Good college

Likes

The infrastructure of our college is very good
The faculties are highly educated and that teaching method is very simple
The hostel facilities are good and feels like home

Dislikes

The food quality is not so good in it improvement in the food quality
The environment is very polluted because there are thermal friends near our college
There is less lap we need more lapse for experimental propose

Admission:

Other college I have applied bought got rejected are zero Surendra Sai University of technology and Odisha University of technology the admission process of our college is based on cut off rank in joint entrance examination

Classroom search well maintained these are very good
Faculty are very helpful very nice the help in our placements

I choose outr bbsr before come to this college but I got rejected in that college because of my less JEE main rank we come to this college by giving chairman examination or we selected in this college by giving JEE main examination.

The clubs present in the college like ummed club is my favourite club
The classroom is very neat and clean and it is very big and size so it is comfortable
The faculty sir very nice they are very helpful

Dislikes

The lab is not so good we need improvement.
Food quality must be good it is not so good.
Environmental show polluted because of gas plants present near the college

Admission:

I choose NIT Rourkela before this college as my rank was not so good in the JEE main examination so I will not get to NIT Rourkela and I get into IGIT. I choose computer science engineering branch because it is very demanding in the industry
