The stream in which you wish to make your career is more relevant than knowing about the college that you choose, as the chief problem is the stream that you choose. As per the listed choices, it would be better to choose Computer Science from Silicon BBS over Chemical at IGIT. The reason is that the faculty of IGIT Chemical engineering is not very impressive. Most of the teachers there are recent graduates recruited due to a lack of qualified faculties. As the campus of IGIT is isolated from the town, very few companies visit there for the campus whereas, Silicon has a location advantage. It is more like a school as it has strict attendance rules. However, their placement record definitely makes up for it.

Review of IGIT Sarang

The cost of course is not much high rather it is normal but the hostel fees should be reduced. Many scholarship opportunities are given to students by government and college. The most poor and financially weak student are given education free of cost. The campus rate is quite good around 70 percent this recent year the campus rate has gone very nice.

Fees for the course are 37000 per year which is taken once a year before the beginning of the odd semester. The college also provides scholarship opportunities by means of the Prerana Scholarship and other state scholarships. The students can also avail of a study loan. The college also provides job opportunities on campus. Companies that come for campus selection are Tata Consultancy Services, Adani, Vedanta, and many others.

Yes, the fees we submit to the college are very affordable. And yes many scholarships were provided by our college to the students. Like pragati and prerna. Our college students about 87% were getting placed in good companies.
