- Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
- Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
- The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

- Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
- From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
- There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

- Talking about placements i am a bit disappointed it should be better being one of the best college in west bengal
Course Curriculum Overview:
So , i am currently inrolled in btech programme of 4 years ( CSE specialised) . The ratio is some what around 1:10. Many are ph.D, all have master's degree . Our institution is autonomous so its has its own schedule and timing for exams as per give it's conducted and exams are decent not hard nor easy

From 3rd semester, students are eligible to sit for placements.
Many well-known companies give offers like Amazon, Google, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Webel, Cognizant, etc.
The highest package was around 36lpa and the average package is around 5lpa.
Almost all students get placed over here.
I will pursue higher studies after getting the degree.

- There were various opportunities through hackathons and internship to find your interest.
- extracurricular activities and programmes are always going out n in the college

- Less facilities for indoor games and activities.
Placement Experience:
I would say placements are very good compared to other private colleges. almost 95 percent students gets placed. With100 percent placement in CSE sections.
Various companies like Amazon,IBM, cognizant,TcS etc visit our campus.you can sit in placement after your sixth semester.
Average package for CSE students is around
12. Lpa.
Though I plan on doing mtech after my btech degree

- Placement is very nice in this college almost all cse/it/ece candidates get placed.
- Faculty is very nice almost all are graduated from jadavpur university.
- Campus of Heritage institute of technology is very nice it has huge campus.
Dislikes
- Fees is high so it is almost non affordable for a middle class student.
- Hostels are not available and therefore students need to take pg and flat near to college.
Placement Experience:
The placement of Heritage Institute of technology is very nice in comparison to other private colleges in west Bengal. This year Cozeva visited and offered 10 lakh per annum salary. Almost all cs/it candidates get placed here.

CSE and IT and ECE departments get various types of placements compared to core branches like civil but they can go to higher studies like M.tech but non-vore branches If their cgpa is above 8 can get placements surely here. The highest package this year is from Cozeva is 10lpa and avg package is 5 lpa

- I like it's playground. It's too large and they also provide sports material to play.
- There are 20 clubs where students can show there extra curriculum activities.
- Faculties are well educated and they are always ready tohelp student

- There is less placement chances for core branches.
- There is no uniform system and discipline is also not too good.
- Here there is no any pressure of attendance
Course Curriculum Overview:
From class 11th only I was too much interested in programming and nowadays the demand for a software engineer is increasing day-by-day that's why I opt for this course.
There is a 20:1 ratio of students and teachers.
Most of the faculties have done M.Tech from Jadavpur University.

- The classroom is not good at summer you feel very hot
- The partiality in the college club is a problem
- The viva is quite tough and you will feel humiliated

This college offers you decent amount of placement in all it branches
But in case of core branches placement are ok type from 6 th semester you will be able to take part in placement

- Library has a source of books and fully air conditioned.
- Campus life is good and it contains almost everything that a student want.
Dislikes
- Academic pressure is very high . They cover the whole syllabus in a very little span of time.
- Teaching style of some teachers is very poor .
- They give very less holidays over the year.
Placement Experience:
Yess this is the important question for every students who are thinking to take addmission in this college. This year 2023 the palcement is not so good. Yes, you hear it correct. But last year the palcement was very good over 90% students get placed with a avg package 3.5 lpa.

- The campus is bigger compared to many other colleges.
- The sports facilities are good here, every sports have equipments here

- The hostel is a bit far from the campus which is a bit problematic
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester, companies start to come for hiring. Companies like tcs, cts and all other mass recruiters visit first. There are also many startup companies that give decent packages and recruit students.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.
- Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
- Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
- Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
- Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
- Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
