Although the pandemic has impacted placements, efforts to attract companies and offer job referrals are ongoing. Second-year M.Tech students have internships with construction companies, while first-year students engage in practical field visits, such as inspecting a soil dam near Chiplun and observing bridge construction on the Koyana river in Karad, involving processes like post-tensioning, piling, and formwork.
