Gargi College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college is one of the best in DU. With excellent faculty and social exposure, the students can explore various things. Everything is greatly organized but one thing that i would really like my college to have is to provide an equal opportunity to all the students to work upon their skills and improve them instead of always preferring the students who are already good at it. Competition is good, but cooperation is something that is important as well to function harmoniously.

The admission was based on merit. No interview or exam was held .The interest for my subject is enough answer.

It was a wonderful experience. There is nothing bad to be in a girl's college because you get wonderful friends. And add-on caring teachers too. I got learn many things and the environment in the college premises helped me develop as an individual.

Overall to summarize, i personally find gargi as my best experience to nuture me and make me what i am today. There are lots of amazing experiences to share. Gargi has been one such valuable experience for me, reason being it was my first sole decision for my career that i took and today i am proud of the choice i made. My college has provided me with many opportunities to learn more ways of improving myself both academically and non-academically. I still realize there was lot more to learn there, which i missed. But still, had gargi not been a part of my experience, i would have regretted.

No entrance exam, I filled a common DU Form and I scored 92.8% in 12th. I choose B.Com(H), because my father told me to do so.

I didn't take any exams for Gargi College as admission here is based on the cut offs. If you are eligible, you will get admission and vice-versa. So, i scored 87.5% in my Best OF Four subjects. Through which i took admission in B.A.(Prog).

I can say nothing about bad about my college as I am really very satisfied with everything. Like academy, cirriculam, trips and faculty all stood as per my expectations.

The college management is very helpful, during my tenure I have interacted with them on many instances. For our trips, our fests they were the right person to go to. They staff overall is helpful and coordinating.

I don't think there were any issues. Once in a while girls had little hygiene related issues from college washrooms otherwise we never faced any issue regarding anything else.

Gargi was overall a lifetime experience for us . The only thing we used to miss was a good auditorium . They have improved it now but the Auditorium is something should have been a bigger once.
