BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

After 6th students are eligible to sit for placement interviews. Companies come around last July to mid-August and they continue to come until last January or February. The average package is 3.6 lacs, and the highest package for this year's passing student is 12 lacs. Almost 90% of students get selected for any company.

From 3rd-year students can be eligible for campus placements. Many companies are visiting this college every year. Top recruiting companies are tcs, Wipro, Infosys, CTC, cognizant, etc. About 40% of students get internships from here. The placements are very good. The highest salary package offered in this college is 10lpa and the average package is 6.8 LPA. The lowest package in this college is 4lpa. The percentage of students who get internships and placements are 75%_80%. After getting the degree I want to get a job in infosys.

There is a high probability to get a placement from this college. Approx eighty to ninety percent students are placed in many companies from campussing with a good salary. Many of them get pre placement offer from their internships.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys, TCS, HCL, Capgemini, Tech Mehandra,L&T Infotech etc. 10 lakh is the highest package and 4 lakh is the average package as per company and profiles offered. 70-80% of students getting placements. My plans is higher studies after getting the degree.

From the 7th Semester, Students apply for the Campus Placement procedure. The Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, Cognizant and many more. 80-90% of students get placements with a minimum 3LPA every year from this college. After getting this degree I want to go for higher studies.

From the 3rd semester, students are getting ready for placement. Placement cell also taking revision before any campusing going to happen. 12-13 companies come every session in a year minimum. CTS, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Bosch, Earnst & Young, L & T, Capgemini are the main recruiters every year. Highest package offered 8 Lakhs per Annum but not from our own campus. After the year ending , almost 80% students got their campusing which I have seen. I already joined a company named Royal Research & persuing my job there as IT professionals.

After completion of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is a consistent record of placements from the campus but due to the ongoing pandemic, my placement procedures got postponed. So after completing the course I am pursuing a diploma course in digital marketing.

Well, the placements you get are 10k-20k max per month. Companies like Amazon, cognizant come for placement drives. Many startups also come to recruit you. The placement percentage is high. Students get placed during their third year.

BPPIMT is a very good college. It provides great opportunities for the students in different fields. The college infrastructure is great. Also the students get facilities to participate in different cultural and technical programmes like sports, performing arts, visual arts, tech fest.Most importantly, the faculties are very supportive and approachable. Their way of teaching and explaining is excellent. The college Library contains more than 42000 books which are easily accessible to the students.

Among the top Engineering colleges in India it is ranked 12, with a 130% placement in all the streams and especially IT and CSE. This is a reputed college established in 1999 affiliated to MAKAUT, which was a factor why I chose it. It is very reputed, has a great faculty rating and it values every one of your interests and talents. There are 6 different forums available where you can enroll yourself to grow your own specific talents. The teachers and the faculty focuses majorly on your growth, regardless in which path, only ensuring your betterment. I would prefer this Institute to anybody interested in Engineering. It offers IT, CSE, EE and ECE.
