College experience

Likes

The green campus and ambience is good and encouraging. Computer labs are AC centralised and encouraging to learn new things daily.
Industrial Visits and Extra curicular activities are excellent and frequent programs like tech fest, arts fest, and college day etc.
Well maintained classrooms and excellent teaching by the professor and a well occupied library for book reference.

Dislikes

Below average placements and lack of placement training from first year of study itself
Climate is very hot during peak summer making it difficult to sit inside class.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are elective subjects that we can choose from 6th semester onwards those subjects are advanced technologies which help to gain knowledge and job. we can also choose mtech based on these subjects . I would say that more practical knowledge should be included in the curriculum . I felt some subjects are not relevent to the course. The difficulty level of exam is medium to hard. there are exams every month.

I liked some of the mentors from my department as they are supporting me from the beginning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I don't have any specific reason for choosing this course. I got a seat for this course. Furthermore, there are a lot of changes needed in teaching methods. They have to give a crystal clear idea about what will happen after graduation. They need to provide some exercises for students to get placed in reputed companies.

Placement Experience:

From the seventh semester, the students can eligible for campus placements. Those who have scored good marks on the university exam will assure of placements before they complete their course in the college. About 100s of companies have yet visited the campus and they provide good offers to them and many of them are chosen by the students. About 80 to 90 percent of students are getting placements. And I plan to study for a master's in my subject after the completion of my degree.

The good parties about the facilities. But normally colleges process some rules and restrict the freedom of students so that they can't involve in other extracurricular activities basically. What do we have some very good facilities that really helps students academy.

Best Self financing Engineering College in Palakkad

Remarks:

Good for studios students placements are very low. Don't have internship facility. No high standard infrastructures. One can have very good academic record and if going to be a lucterur with high marks, this college is good.

The best Self financing college in Palakkad

Remarks:

Positive - Very good for someone who needs to score very good marks academically Negative - Not recommended for someone who need placements with very high salary packages . College provides good Placements but is not competitive with NITs or IITs.
