About Vedavyasa Institute of Technology
Vedavyasa Institute of Technology was established in the year 2004 with the aim of providing quality higher education. VVIT is affiliated to University of Calicut, approved by Government of Kerala and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The college has a lush green campus with serene atmosphere. The faculty here encourages the students and the motivated youngsters on the campus are a constant source of pride.
In the first decade only, the college has carved a niche for itself in education world in very short span of time. Placements as well as extra-curricular and co-curricular activities on the campus has made the college a prestigious one.

Central Computing Facility :
VVIT has three labs with a total of 250 Computers with Intel Core i3 / Core 2 Duo. The lab is facilitated with a power backup of three Online UPS.
Tution Fee Waiver Scheme :
- The students from the weaker section of society are provided to avail the facility of fee waiver scheme.
- Fee concession for women and economically backward meritorious students are provided under this scheme running under the approval of AICTE.
- The students are eligible for the fee waiver scheme if they hold a proper rank in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination rank list.
- Apart from this, their family income is also considered while offering this facility. A total of 5% students of the total strength may get benefit every year.

Admission process is simple as we wisely chose for the better cource we want to study...Must be taken science cource in the secondary school level... Also we can join by writing Keam exam... So that we can join in the merit way. Somany better options are there..

- Since it is an engineering college , The art fest only happens few times
- College provide every facility for sports even though when it comes to sport events everyone lack abilities
Admission:
Admission is based on the 12th result or other exam results like keam, etc. We can fill out the application from the college with the help of the faculty. We need to pay admission fees for admission, and the frequency and timing of exams are perfect. The Timing of admission should be adjusted

- Canteen: The fold was just awesome. People used to enjoy local foods like biriyani, porotta etc. Friends of students travel a long way just to have this awesome food
- Library: The 24*7 dedicated library is a blessing for an average student for his/her exams and for preparing notes for examinations. The online journals and online platforms are not only useful for information sake but also for updation of gk
Admission:
The admission process in my college was purely based on merit. The government has allotted me a seat in electrical and electronics engineering at Vedavyasa Institute of Technology. The cutoff for the seat was around two hundred-something marks in the entrance exam overall The eligibility for the course was a pass plus two science and a valid entrance exam score. One can find the application form, application fees, and dates from the government site. Since my allocation to this college was purely based on merit, I can't say that the college website contains all these. Since I come from a lower caste, I availed the OBC benefit. I was admitted to the OBC quota. I want to see the admission process improved by employing more candidate-centric assessment criteria.
Admission:
If one is expecting a top notch or atleast medium level college life and campus experience, this is not the place for you. Teachers and faculties will treat you like little kids, discouraging you from everything but studies. You will never find a mental balance if you are one of the above. If all you care is a place to study and have a degree in peace, then this is the right place for you. It have a beautiful ambience of nature. Since its study only you are after, the entire college from teachers to director will support you to any extend.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course structure was described in a full-detailed manner also it is upgraded according to the new trends prevailing in the market. The course covers a wider range of topic such as finance, management, risk management, etc.

Our college was a strict college were they had kept cctv camera all around which had less freedom and there was no special ground for football matches and the location of the college was on hill which made travelling very hectic

This an average college with decent teaching faculty. The infrastructure of this college is extremely low. It is just a building on the top of a hill with very less plants and trees. The ambience is also below average.

The college infrastructure is very good the atmosphere is peaceful and it is very helpful for every student studied in that college. College bus facilities available there may be extra charge for it.
