College fest occurs foundation day is celebrated saraswati puja is celebrated studentcouncil is present based on election every year with various significant posts disciplinary committee is active mess system is also student oriented
The hostel environment. nice rooms with lights, fans & well ventilation. water supply is 24-7 & hot water from geyser is also available. mess system is also student friendly & based on veg or non veg meal schemes are present.
People are getting good seats in pg courses and are well placed in their careers and have become good doctors.

Dislikes

The hostel rooms are decent but the bathrooms are a little dirty .
Accessible books are there but the library rules are not providing proper space for the students to explore the classrooms are with average technological facilities but the cctv cameras are of no use.
The only thing i dislike is the fees structure which is a bit pricey and all can't afford

Review of tripura medical college

Likes

Hostel rooms and friendly people and understanding seniors
One of the best teachers their lecture are better then any online courses available
Capmus location there is peace in the campus

Dislikes

Tuition fee is too high and it is now above 60 lakh
Less vacations are there and hectic routine
Strict attendence criteria min 80 percentage.

Placement Experience:

After mbbs students can join as jr for salary of around 50k per month Not companies visit in campus Seniors usually focus on neet pg and inicet exams after mbbs(most of them got good ranks as well like under 500 and 200)

My experience in tripura medical college

Likes

As I am outsider and Hindi speaking so hear I Dont face any language barrier because Hindi is spoken along Bengali language
According to private colleges fee of this college is less and affordable and extra charges are not there
Hospital is good and patient outflow is good so clinical experience is good faculty is experienced and have good knowledge college is supportive

Dislikes

Food can be better for outside students and their are less dairy products like milk and curd
Only 10 days holiday for Durga Puja there is no other holiday
Campus could be better with more facilities

It's MBBS so it is 5 year course 4 years classroom and 1 year internship As of now I am satisfied from teaching of this college have good faculty And hospital is government and society regulated so patient flow is also good Professor are experienced nd have good clinical knowledge Each year have 2 sem and one pre University Then their is main exam University for qualifying for next year So there are total 9 semester in this course

The unusual Insight

Likes

Like the faculties hospital load teaching method campus life
Like the functions of the college occurs
Like the unity of the batchmate and also the treatment facility

Dislikes

Not like the hostel facilities need to improve
Dont like the prac lab facilities there are many thing that are not working properly
Not like the exam process it is quite hectic there is no gap between exams

I like medical profession so i choose this course It prepare me how to get discipline and how to handle many things in a hectic schedule and time management and also improve behaviour and personality Improve in more practical method live visualising the procedures so that we can relate properly Examas are difficult and there is manny exams in medical profession like semister and university exams so its quite difficult

My College Review

Likes

The things which I like is this is one the good college in this area which has good reputation and healthcare facility and aslo the college has good campus for the students to nurture their qualities
There is also Sports and Co curricular facilities .
Library and journal facility is also available in this college

Dislikes

The integration of the Workers who are non- medical staffs with the medical staffs need to be improved
The maintenance of the water facility need to be monitored from time to time
The Sports ground can be upgraded to the a stadium facility

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Curriculum has enough time to become a good doctor and compulsory internship . It has real time practical classes and theory class in front of patient. The exam time must be increased . The gap between the two exam is less which need to be increased.

Dislikes

The fee structure is a bit of headache for me
The hospital is situated in a bit of distance

Now the college authorities are cutting down the big campus trees for construction which I don't like

Course curriculum is hectic.. To much lengthy syllabus and for our batch we got only 10 month in 2nd year which is not enough for such a vast syllabus and moreover out of 10 months 4 months were exam which is very much impractical thing to conduct cause we got less classes to learn

Fees reasonable in pov of private institution.
Annual events, sports facilities are there.
Teachers supportive and difficulty of exams moderate.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities not impressive, hygiene not maintained.
Mess food not good, place not even properly maintained.
College infrastructure not upto the mark, as private institution more facilities should be there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Timing in between internal exam is perfect. Difficulty level is moderate. Teaching methods need more improvement. Curriculum is according to MCI and NMC guidelines. Faculties are good and supportive enough.

Likes

The infrastructure of the college building.
The greenery around college campus .
Faculty and infrastructure of this college is quite good.

Dislikes

Unavailability of a canteen separately for the college students.
Gym equipments or gymnasium is not there.

Placement Experience:

No placement facility as such. After intership you have the chance to apply for the Junior residentship. Package varies. It is around (40 - 50) thousands/ month. Pg facility is also there. U can opt for any one.

Campus is good and there is a big playground here
Good faculties in all different branches
Good campus environment and Clean campus

Hostel mess food quality can be improved
There should be more vacation in this hectic course

My College days till now.

Likes

The teaching stuffs are punctual and they usually don't miss the classes.

Dislikes

The frequency of exams are very high and the college hour is very lengthy and there is strict rule of passing in the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

(i) I loved Biology and human health related topics from my childhood. (ii) The college provides me hospital clinics facilities which will help me in future. (iii) There should me more practical knowledge and teachers should be more liberal. (iv) There are exams within every 3 months and universities after every academic year.
