SIMSRC MD Forensic Medicine Admission 2026
Admissions to MD Forensic Medicine at SIMSRC are based on NEET PG scores and conducted through Karnataka KEA PG Counselling for state quota seats and MCC for All India Quota seats. For the 2026 batch, NEET PG 2026 is tentatively scheduled for August 30, 2026, and Karnataka KEA counselling is expected to follow from October 2026 onwards. Candidates must have completed MBBS from an NMC-recognised institution and hold a valid internship completion certificate.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a college recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Candidates must have completed 1 year of compulsory rotating internship on or before March 31 of the year of admission.
- Candidates must possess a valid permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by NMC or the respective State Medical Council.
- Candidates must have qualified NEET PG with a minimum of 50th percentile (General category) or 45th percentile (SC/ST/OBC/PwD category).
Admission Process
- Appear in NEET PG 2026 conducted by NBEMS.
- Register for Karnataka KEA PG Counselling on the official KEA portal (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in).
- Upload required documents and pay the registration fee.
- Fill in college and course preferences during the choice-filling window.
- Attend document verification at KEA office as per the schedule.
- Receive seat allotment letter and report to SIMSRC within the stipulated deadline.
- Complete admission formalities and fee payment at the college.
