Campus life is very good, various fest and events are organised by various departments, zenith is the biggest fest organised by the college in which many great personalities are welcomed, sports complex of the campus is very good
No scholarship is provided by the college since it is a government body, but the internship provided is the best, which provides the students best clinical experience
The course is pretty good and it's easy and you'll learn a lot.

Dislikes

We are not allowed to play on the big ground because only association teams can play their which is very disappointing.
There is no increase policy in tution fees the complete cost is around 1 lakh no scholarship and financial aid is avilable for students no campus employment and rupees 500 per month stipend is given for 3 years
My course only available for 1 or two courses and the internship timings are 9 to 5 alot work pressure without any reward..there is no stipend or scholarship in internship you have deal with all situations

Inside the Campus : An Honest Review

Likes

Infrastructure is good , easily accessible
Canteens are abou 6 to 7 , and have affordable and tasty food
Faculty is helpful, and knowledgeable and very nice

Dislikes

Hostels not provided for paramedicals students
If we apply to the hostels we will get seats after 2 to 3 years
Campus is so vast, we have to walk through it

I wanted to learn about radiodiagnosis as it is the most required and very helpful in medicals field there days. There is semester system of education which includes around 6 semester overall and one year of internship

The thing i like most is the huge campus of pgimer
The food we eat in canteen is so affordable and is very tasty
To work up with doctors and feel an honourable place in patient,s life

Dislikes

Patients hyper very easily . They donot like to wait .
Sometimes patients hyper on us that why are you not working quickly as there arr lot of patients to deal with
Patients do not understand that if we are tired they do nit wait . They request us to free them as soon as possible so they should understand that we too are humans if they gets tured we also getd tired .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason to choose this course is that eye is a god gifted thing and the person who are not able to see it makes me emotional that this world is so beautiful and everybody has the right to see the same . When i was small , i was suffer from hypermyopia so all thr local doctors refused to treat my eyes and my family came to pgi for my treatment and hence i feel that this course should be opted and i opted thus course for which i came for my treatment. I feel so happy that i am studying here . Thus course is so beneficial for the upcoming generation as we all have certain types of problem regarding eyes and it us almost common in this era that everyone is myopic or hypermyopic so i feel that through this course i should know about what us happening in this modern era. This is total 4 year course that is three years for study and 1 year for internship. It provides ys how to deal with patients and it includes 6 semestersun total for 3 years .

Likes

Campus is too big and surroundings are clean
Practical experience given by college is excellent
Teachers take headache to teach their student

Dislikes

No internship money is provided by college to students
We have to work full day in return nothing is given to us
Theory classes are not kept regularly we have to study by ourselves only

I liked the surroundings everything is there in the campus which includes all basic necessities.it’s pretty clean and green.

That when in emergencies you have to need someone of high power or known doctor to check yourself

I choose this course because this course practicality of this course in field work is very excellent. This course is very practical in eye health care examination in both corporate and private sector. Although course curriculum is good but classes are very less in this course and theory level is lower.

Likes

The work experience we gain here being just students
The sports campus we have where we can do sports activities
The cafeteria which avails food at very affordable prices

Dislikes

Non availability of residential facilities to all
Not proper treatment after being students here
Non teaching of our subjects or syllabus

The course curriculum with regard to relevance is good. It can teach us to treat the patients in real world with experience of dealing with lots of patients. Exams are conducted every six months marking ending of our semester.

Likes

Campus Life is too good in term of buildings and greenery.
There is no scene of Ragging in the campus.
Doctor behaviour are also good toward their students.

Dislikes

Less sports opportunities in the campus.
Job opportunities are very limited vacancy should come regularly.
Posting hour of students should be fixed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is good a lot of opportunities in foreign countries and trend start to choose this course in India. Our Regular Posting with Doctors and Optometrist give us opportunity to deal patients properly.

All facilities are provided and campus life is nice
Faculty is good and helpful for students
Infrastructure of course is good and it is easy to do course

Dislikes

No placements are provided by this institute
Sometimes faculty is harsh and u feel disappointed
Sometimes I get very exhausted with so much work

This course is very easy and u also don't have any emergency duties We can get a job directly based on this degree no need to do masters to get a job There should me more demonstration classes Exams in every August and February

No, PGIMER doesn't offer Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] in cardiavascular technology Specialization. You can explore other BSc programs that are available here. The institute offers BSc in 7 different specialization which includes Medical Technology, Audiology And Speech Rehabilitation, Medical Technology In Radiography and many more.
