Dislikes
my college girls don't cooperate in posting
inter faculty disputes happens frequently .
internal politics of our college is quite dirty
Course Curriculum Overview:
curriculum of mordern medicene is revised and updated according to new reseach and methodilogies,
from this year curriculum is revised again where student of second year students are assigned certain housees where its their responsiblities to look after these houses for mecinal purpose
Good campus with greenery around and supports a healthy atmosphere
Interfaculty interactions since it's a university we have IIT, commerce, arts, bsc and so on streams in a single campus
Top class faculties with good infrastructure
Dislikes
Administration is bit delayed and you have to wait for a work to be done for you
Course Curriculum Overview:
We have large group teaching small group teaching practical classes clinical postings family adoptions and many more opportunities for exploring.
Exams as concerned every 10 days there will be a viva and frequent exams are being conducted which makes you a consistently working one
Patient load in hospital is also high for clinical knowleadge.
Dislikes
Infrastructure is not upto the mark as present in AIIMS but it is now improving.
Mess food is not so food but descent and price is also high.
collage and hostel are present around 800 meters away so we have to walk upto thier.
Course Curriculum Overview:
In our collage The curriculum given by the NMC called the CBME guidlines for MBBS 2024 are followed. This curriculum is hard but it is also required to produce good quality of doctors in our country .
No shortage of appliances and instruments in practical labs
Good patient load in affiliated hospital so more opportunities to learn
Dedicated faculty that really wants to teach you
Dislikes
College building under renovation so the first impression is like you have entered a ghost house
Very few academic holidays put a lot of strain on students mind
Girls to boys ratio is very disproportionate
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is very well planned and revised based on competency. It prepares us not to be acquainted with bookish knowledge only but to actually apply it to real life cases.
We see clinical cases there diagnosis, treatment everything along with learning it's theoretical aspects . That's the reason I opted for this course.
Improvement could be in paying scale of MBBS graduates as we work very very hard for that degree and to serve people.
Exams are very tiring and are conducted in one single stretch for two months.
U will have to compromise your sleep in order to complete your revision before exams
Difficulty is medium
Such that it will force you to study but not to just study and study
The aspect of college which I like more is environment it provides
College is situated in BHU campus so there is interaction with other faculty students and also we can learn various things.
Faculty is highly specialised and there teaching us very good. The have completed their degree from very renowned medical colleges of India
Dislikes
The main thing I dislike about my college is infrastructure. Because it is very old college so it doesn't have that good infrastructure but it is improving
Campus is large and beautiful but it makes us forget our main goal to study
Because of too much patient load interns and JR can't rest and have to work for several hours and that is not good for mental and physical health
Course Curriculum Overview:
In MBBS there is 4.5 years of classes and 1 year of internship so total 5.5 year. So in short very long course. But it is worth it.
It should be improved by taking measures to use technology more widely.
Other than professional University exams there are sessional exams which are in interval of about 4 to 5 month.
Capmpus environment is fully covered by the trees.
Sports and other curriculam activity are also performed in our college
Faculty members and staff are co-operative
Dislikes
According to my pov safety programmes for doctors are weak
There is no restriction for outside persons even in nights
Traffic is incresing day by day inside the bhu
Placement Experience:
After the intership student can apply for the practice and after pg students can apply for any private hospitals and students can get the 10 to 15 lac package easily becuase bhu is a high ranked uc.
Around 90 to 95 percent students can get the placements
Available Number of cadavers is more for dissection
Dislikes
Hostel buildings are old and not upto the mark as compared to AIIMS
Hostel mess food is medium quality neither too good nor too bad.
In 2nd year Hostel Room is alloted for 4 person sharing.
Placement Experience:
After completing the course you will be a skilled doctor. As such there is no placement system like other courses like engineering.
But pay out after MBBS on joining any government institutions will be approx 1 lac per month.
Generally people plan to do post graduation for specialisation in any branch.
During PG you will be paid around more than 1 lac per month.
About campus and its greenery and one of the largest residental campus in asia ..
Resources availability per student is also good.
No of cadaver available is more for dissection
Dislikes
Hostel is not too good as compared to aiims institution..but far way better than state college
In second year we got only single room for 4 student which is also not good..
Hostel mess is also not good and canteen is not good here ..you can say there os no canteen like aiims institution
Placement Experience:
As in mbbs there is no placements.
After mbbs we do pg where we are paid.
You will start earning from internships. Internships for students is approx 36000 in ims bhu . It will varies from year to year.
After getting branch in pg you will get slary package of approx one lakh as junior resident..
One thing amazing about ims bhu is YOU WILL DEFINITELY GOT SEAT IN PG BECAUSE THERE IS 100% PG QUOTA IN IMS BHU
The faculties at IMS BHU are very well qualified and has great knowledge and experience . They are very helpful to us . The faculties here are professors from India’s best institute AIIMS Delhi . They help us exceed in academics as well as the skills
The infrastructure is amazing at IMS BHU
Student: cadaveric ratio is great here .
Dislikes
The life is very hectic in this institute
There are some issues with because this institute has a very huge campus
Hostels could have been better . We don’t get single rooms
Course Curriculum Overview:
The proffesion of medicine is itself a very respectful and prestigious . To be a doctor in this is country is treated like a god . The clinical postings from 2nd year prepares you to be a better clinician.
First of all the college infrastructure and green campus along with awesome transport facilities
The interaction between senior and junior is much better than other colleges as it is a central university with strict administration
The professors are world class and teaches everything so nicely with most advanced form using AI and other tech fascilities
Dislikes
Nothing to be disliked about college... only summer of Varanasi is irritating
Course Curriculum Overview:
Obviously MBBS is never a piece of cake , we have to spend our whole 5.5 years of continuous studying to achieve the title of Doctor. But yes this labour pays us well in each aspect of respect as well as wealth. We serve the people, get blessed and satisfaction.
The pleasure of seeing relieved people by our hand gives a different level of piece and satisfaction...so anyone who is seeking it from internal core of heart must give a try
How do we get admission in B.Sc.Nursing in IMS BHU Nursing
