LPU B.Arch Fees Structure 2026-27: Detailed Semester Fees, Hostel Fees, Other Charges

LPU offers a 5-year B.Arch programme approved by the CoA. For the 2026-27 session, the fee is INR 1,20 Lakhs per semester, plus INR 5,000 exam fee per semester. A one-time uniform fee of INR 4,000 is applicable. The total tuition fee is INR 12 lakhs, excluding around INR 50,000 in exam fees.

LPU B.Arch Fees for Laundry

Laundry services are available on campus using modern washing, drying, and steam press systems. The facility is optional and costs INR 5,400 per academic session. Students can get up to 70 garments per month washed/ironed (no carry-forward). Collection and delivery are done at designated points with proper identification. All residential and related facility charges (mess, laundry, gym, swimming, etc.) are managed by Pro Bricks.

LPU B.Arch Parking Fees

Parking at LPU is available for day scholars and residential students upon registration and payment of charges. Parking may be located away from academic or residential areas. The university is not liable for any loss or damage, and students must follow traffic rules and carry valid documents.

Ques1. Is the examination fee of INR 5,000 per semester covered under LPU scholarships?

Ans. No, LPU scholarships including 100% waivers and LPU RISE apply only to the programme (tuition) fee. The examination fee of INR 5,000 per semester must be paid separately by all students. Over a 5-year programme (10 semesters), this amounts to INR 50,000 and should be included in the total cost.

Ques2. Is a refundable Security/Caution Deposit included in the LPU B.Arch fee structure?

Ans: A refundable Security/Caution Deposit (typically INR 5,000–15,000) is required at the time of admission and hostel allotment. This deposit is adjusted against any dues/damages and refunded when the student leaves the university.

Ques3. Does the tuition fee increase annually at LPU after the first year?

Ans. No, for students admitted in the 2026–27 session, the programme fee of INR 1,20,000 per semester typically remains fixed for the entire 5-year duration, with no annual increase for that batch.

Ques4. What is the refund policy in case of withdrawal after admission at LPU?

Ans. The Admission Processing Fee is non-refundable. Refunds on programme and hostel fees are permitted only within the first 10–30 days, subject to applicable deductions. Beyond this period (generally by mid-September 2026), no refunds are provided on tuition or hostel charges. The refundable security deposit is returned at the end of the programme after necessary adjustments.

Ans. LPU allows students to pay semester fees in two installments, subject to specified deadlines mentioned in the admission letter and student portal. Delayed payments incur late fees, which increase with the duration of the delay.
