The medical university does not offer on-campus placements or have companies visiting for recruitment. However, students generally find jobs post-degree completion through their own efforts. The university features a strong internship program, including a six-month internship with department rotations to boost clinical skills. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) students must complete a one-year mandatory internship, which can be done at any hospital, including the university hospital. This year, the college introduced research programs that some interns joined.

Fees are stable, with an annual course fee of 24,500 INR and hostel fees of 4,800 INR, excluding mess charges. Scholarships from the Uttar Pradesh government are available for students with parental income under 2 lakhs per year, covering the full fee and providing additional financial support. The college does not offer other scholarships. Internships come with a stipend.
