Remarks
The admission process was smooth there was offline counselling being held. We had to get our documents assembled in a file and then go for the biometric verification and finally get our seats allotted by taking up the course of our choice.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of the interest I had in taking up healthcare as my profession. Compared to the strength of the students I would say the no. of faculty should be increased. But I would like to add that quality of teaching is unmatched and every faculty gives their best and puts in a lot of effort.
Internships Opportunities
A 6 monthly internship programme is held in the College with a monthly rotation of interns in different departments. Also this year our college introduced research programmes as well which some of the interns took up easily.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since I have joined the course the fee structure has remained constant. Also, students whose parents income is less than 2 lakhs per year get scholarships under the Uttar Pradesh government scholarship program.
Campus Life
The annual fest of our department is held in the month of February and it is a one day event named Aalingan. The library is fully stocked with the books that are much needed for clearing the concepts. Various students from the physiotherapy department have created an online Instagram handle to help out students with the concepts of medical subjects.
Hostel Facilities
A single room accommodates two students and they provide you with a study table, chair, bed, a cupboard, fan and tube light. The quality of food is fine and the menu is fixed. Rooms get easily occupied so you might have to wait for some time or live with others for a short period of time.
