Teaching faculty were very helpful & knowledgeable, their efforts to work hard and make the new department of applied psychology at par with other universities were great and inspiring.
Bba is the course that i want to do after school and yes it was a great course by my side.
The campus is good but not so good but yes on average facilities were provided by the university like playground, playing equipment, a canteen, students can play many sports and the equipments was there also in the club.

Dislikes

Receptionist nature is not good they didn't response good
I didn't like the electricity problem of their, because some classroom has only 2 fans
I really dislike about their, that only few books are available in the library

Michael and the Student Life

Likes

There are lot of seminars organised by the college on various issues including women empowerment, vocational courses , and current day fads and fashions.
I also liked he fact that most of departments arranged for excursions for students to let them study outside the classroom periphery and learn from and within nature.
Teachers encourage students to present research papers at various research oriented seminars.

Dislikes

The hygiene is of great concern , especially girls' in the college.
Lack of placement opportunities. In other words , students do not get the on campus facility of placements,after course completion they have to go to companies and give their interview

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because literature has been an area of compassion to me always. And getting into graduation with this and now pursuing masters have opened doors for me to meet a lot of other persons , apart from my faculties who guide me with my research programs. According to me the course curriculum is absolutely fine , nothing has to change in it. The exams take place at regular intervals , with each semester of being a 6 months course.

Faculties are the best that the college provided.
Professors actually try to communicate with every individual students if you ask for help but you have to be prepared.

Dislikes

Since the only subject available in PG is english so the allotment of classes if irregular.
First 3 or 4 benches stay cleans but benches at the back are full of dusta
Irregularities in the class schedule of some professors due to their another works because they are also students in other institute.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't fixed my ambition and chose the subject in which I was good at. But now I realised I'm not good at English. But I can't change the past., So I'm just walking on the road. Irregularities in the class schedule should be rectified.

Happening Life in Michael Madhusudan Memorial College

Likes

I like how the professors always when eagle to help you whenever you had any problem regarding the things that you had to study.
The seniors will always help you throughout your college life no matter what the problem is.
Lastly the overall campus face and the classrooms are really good.

Dislikes

I wanted some extra curricular activities in which I could have participated like debate competitions or essay writing competitions
I said like there were less women oriented physical activities like there was no tournaments for us so I hope this can be improved.
They should put some more trees and shed around.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is really made in with all the inputs from the higher faculties and they are as per the modern requirements literatures of the text that we study will definitely help you learn more about the social economic social political conditions rather than just the narratives and the characters. The classroom teaching method is also really great they always encourage for a open discussion among the pears between the teachers which helps you too like do all kind of brainstorming and find innovative ways to know and learn things

College ambiance is good. Helps to learn and teach
Faculty members are very nice and have in-depth knowledge about the subject they are tutoring
College provide hostel facilities for different states of students

Dislikes

College doesn't provide placement when I am studied in the college
Can't give any internship when I am studied in the college
Delay in giving results it took 1 year to get results.

DSMS College offers a solid academic foundation, but enhancements in curriculum relevance, practical exposure, and teaching methods are necessary. Incorporating more industry-aligned learning and modern teaching approaches would significantly improve student preparedness for both professional careers and further academic pursuits.

I LIKED THE COLLEGE INFRASTRUCTURE AND THE CAMPUS , THE COLLEGE CAMPUS IS SPREAD OUT IN VERY LARGE AREA .
THE PLACE I LOVE IS THE COLLEGE LIBRARY , WHICH ALMOST CONTAINS EVERY NEEDED BOOKS .
THE FACULTY OF THE DEPARTMENTS ARE THE BEST , ALL OF THEM HAVE PRESTIGIOUS DEGREES LIKE MTECH , PHD FROM IITS , NITS ETC.

Dislikes

THE THING I DISLIKED MOST IS THE COLLEGE LAB , IN OUR DEPARTMENTAL LAB THERE ARE 15 COMPUTER SYSTEMS IN WHICH ALL ARE OUTDATED AND MANY OF THEM DOESNOT SWITCH ON ALSO.
THE CONDITION OF HOSTEL PROVIDED IN OUR COLLEGE IS ALSO VERY BAD.
THERE IS NO ON-CAMPUS PLACEMENT , A VERY LESS CORPORATE BANKS COMES TO PROVIDE CLERK JOB TO PASS OUT STUDENTS.

I WOULD RATE THE CARRICULUM A 4 STAR BECAUSE OUR MAIN SUBJECT SYLLABUS IS PRETTY RELEVENT TO CURRENT EDUCATIONAL SCENARIO , BUT I DEDUCT A STAR BECAUSE OF THE OTHER SUBJECTS ADDEED TO OUR COURSE OTHER THAN THE MAJOR SUBJECT , WHICH JUST BURDERN ON STUDENTS.

Likes

Weekly sports was really special for me.
Canteen had really good and affordable food.
Every washroom and classroom was clean and perfect.

Dislikes

Politics goes in the college which is sad.
Arrogant seniors who graduated but still didn't left.
Government College so everything happened slowly

I cannot rate the curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the reason behind that is because I selected the subject which I wanted to learn because I always had love for English. At the end there was nothing promise because I went to the college knowing I am not getting any placements I was just there to complete my graduation.

college environment was too good. p[lace of the college also in a populated area
