The admission process requires entrance examination. You need to complete your B.Tech with the concerned discipline from a recognized university, also you need to appear for GATE and get a good rank in it. If you haven?t appeared for GATE then you can still take the written test of the institute to join IIIT. In order to get admission in M.Tech you need to score really good in GATE examination.
