IIIT Pune Scholarship 2025: Amount, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

IIIT Pune does not provide its own scholarship programs but facilitates students in availing government-funded scholarships. Scholarships are available through state and central government schemes, such as the National Scholarship Portal (NSP), specifically for reserved category students (SC/ST, OBC) and economically weaker sections. PhD students with UGC NET-JRF receive a stipend of around INR 32,000 per month with allowances. The annual tuition fee varies, with a general estimate of INR 2.8 lakh per year, excluding hostel and mess charges, which are INR 60,000 and INR 25,000, respectively.

The fees of iiit pune lies on a lil expensive side, the tution fees is around 2.19 lakhs with other fees making it to 2.7 lakhs per year. 70000 is the hostel fees per year and 20000 is message fees per semester. If you are Maharashtra domicile and have obc ncl or any other caste based reservation you can opt for scholarship on mahadbt portal. For obc all of tution fees is given back by gov.

IIIT Pune college review

The yearly tution fees for the students who joined in 2024 is 1,36,750+1,37,000. The hostel fees are 71,000 per annum and 40,000 for mess. Development fees are 12,000. I'm not aware of the category specific fees. The ones given above are for general category.

The honest review on iiit pune new campus by a fresher !!!

The fee structure is 110000 for tuition fee per sem and 65000 for hostels yearly maybe, i dint go for any scholarship until now. Im trying national scholarship portal. Im obc ncl category. So the fees is same as general.

IIIT PUNE AS EXPERIENCED BY A FRESHER.

Institution fee for 1st year is 3,08,750 which will be collected in 2 installments, one for each semester. 1st installment is 1,61,750 and the 2nd is 1,47,500. Hostel fee (per semester) - 30,385 Caution deposit (one time) - 10,000 Electricity charge (per semester) - 5000 Mess fee (per semester) - 20,000 Everyone in the collage belongs to whichever cast or category has to pay the equal fee and over that the collage also don't provide any scholarships at all but if you are able to secure government scholarships on your own that might be a profitable option to make the difference. The institute itself doesn't provide any scholarships on the marks or performance basis. For the rest of the year in the collage,we as a fresher are not given a fee structure of whole course but its nearly the same every year with said that the fee may vary as per market demand. Being a PPP institution the collage runs on our institution fee so the fee is sort of on a higher end compared to other institution offering same course.

Life at iiit pune

Year wise fee is 1 lakh 20 thousand for tution 60k for hostel and around 25 k for mess registration fee was 5k which was returned some dasa students pay more mess for girls is not compulsory because of the temporary campus but we will shift in around 3 months maybe there the fee structure will change a Lil idk

The total fees for 2024-28 batch for 1st year is Rs 2,78,750.It includes 25,000 development fee,1000 of medical aid, 8000 laboratory, 7000 library fees, 6700 computer training and internet fees, examination fee 1500, gathering and youth festival fee 1500 and alumni association fee 2000. For all four years the fees is almost same. There is no fee wavery for any category.But one can apply for any other government or private scholarships

The yearwise fees is 248500 first year and for next three years tuition fees is 228650 per year The hostel fees is first year it is 65650 and for next three year it will be 60000 per year The mess fees is 45000 per year All categories of student have same fees

Total Fee : 270000 including (Hostel Fee) For 4 years Upto the course completion Fee remain same. But For Reserved Category students like OBC,SC&ST students can claim their fee reimbursement though National Scholarship portal (NSP)

the year wise fees i was paying for course is 228,000 for a year as i have taken admisson in 2022 . the course is incresing year to year and the NSP scholarships for sc,st students is available with certain conditions

No Campus facilities

The tution fees of first year is 2,80,000/-. Which includes all extra fees like caution fees, Library fees etc.there is no scholarship for any reserved category but you will be provided.Till now I haven't claimed any scholarship.But I think there is few scholarship for Maharashtra students. and few also for other state students.

Yes, there are various scholarships and financial aids available viz. Vidya Lakshmi Scholarship which are merit based, also based on academic scores and entrance exam scores. Check out more on the same at IIIT Pune Scholarship.
