My college life

Likes

Cgc jhanjeri excels in placement and modern infrastructure creating strong opportunities
However its isolated location administrativerigidity
The campus gender ratio is approximately 30:70 (girls and boys )

Dislikes

The thing i didn't like is it's fees and rest all thing is good.
The campus is very small and is in a village

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is good as i have heard.Many company visit here to provide oppurtunity.Company like tcs wipro adobe nautani visit here to hire students.the highest package offeres here is 1cr which is off campus.student become eligible from 6th semester

My intresting college life

Likes

Some college teachers are good they teach at very best way
Our college is has ai enabled campus and best campus
Our has well maintained laband good campus and ground

Dislikes

Our main gate side ways are not good filled with water in rainy
Some teachers are not that good they don't teach very interesting
Our faculty are not good we have to complaint many time

Our college campus students are eligible for placement form third year and this year many companies visited our college like adobe, microsoft, byjus and many more and this year one student got highest package of 1 crore but company didn't mention and college tells that 70 percentage students get placed

My college life and experience

Likes

Teachers and faculty need improvement, and main gate side road also
Placement mention was good but we don't know it was true or not
Faculty was not very good many senior complainy about it and ask why you join this college

Dislikes

Some teachers are rude, and they doesn't care you read something or not they don't care
Road of main gate qas not that good and water collected near it
Thats all for now and everything was good for now but we don't know extra because we just hot here

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester all student are able for campus placement, many companies viait or campus like microsoft, adobe, byjus, etc our highest package this year was 1crore and above 70 percent student get placement according to college and my plans after degree was to join good company or start a startup

the campus of cgc jhanjeri is very beautiful not as big but very clean and clear
there are lot of placement opportunities as well as in campus placements.
there are internship opportunities in campus for freshers as well as seniors.

Dislikes

most of the staff working here is very rude, completely fed up with their job.
this college has amazing placement ratio but also shows false hope to people who have very little chances of getting placed.
classes are very boring; teacher do not care about students knowledge they only care about their syllabus.

Placement Experience:

1- from 3rd or 4th semester. 2- few companies visits. 3- the highest packed achieved by a student of B.tech few days ago approx 1 crore and average packages offered are usually of 45 lakh 4- not so high and also not so low ; depending upon students skills . 5- not surely confirm but wants to pursue further higher studies

If you want good college in less price it is best

Good teachers, they teach us well and are polite to us
Incubator cell in the college helps student to start the startup
It takes less fees and provides good placement

Dislikes

They do not listen to students that much
Not that much disliked about college it good not other dislike
One is that campus is small so we cannot walk in college that much

Placement Experience:

Placement are very good and this year in our there is one student who got placed of 1 cr per year. 6 semester students get eligible for placement. Adobe, tcs, and many other. Height package -1cr and average - 3.5 lakh. 57 % getting placement. Taking good package in good company.

The infrastructure of my college is good compared to other colleges
My college provides various courses including every person's needs and demands
Other than these things my college also excells in giving placments

Dislikes

The things that I disliked about my college is their faculty and teaching staff
The other things I disliked are the lack of focus on sports and other activities like co-curricular
The major thing that I disliked about my college is their non practical aspect of teaching

Placement Experience:

1. After 6 semesters the students become eligible for there college placements 2.The companies that visited my college are google microsoft and various other large tech companies and the largest offer made to our students were 1 crore ctc 3. The highest package was 1 crore ctc in our college and average package is that of 15 lpa in our college 4.There are 50-60% of students that get placements from our college 5.My plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement offer if not then getting into an multinational firm

My campus is beautifully structure with greenary which makes it even more attractive.
The cleanliness is also very well manage.
They organise numerous seminar,invite judges and advocates .which is also very knowledgeable.

Dislikes

They have greenary and all but the campus is small.
Sometimes they said that you need to come even on Saturdays ,which is very frustrating
They focus more on general and academic knowledge rather than skill development and vocational training

Placement Experience:

4tha and 5th years students started getting placements. Microsoft, infosis,IBM, Amazon etc are the companies who recognises our students. Highest 52 lakhs per annum. 50% students get placed in companies I want to appear in judiciary exam after i get graduated.

Fascinating college with Fascinating campus

Likes

I like the greenery in the campus. Very peaceful.
I like the active engagement of teachers with students.
There are regular moot court competitions, debates .

Dislikes

The only thing I hate is that you are not allowed to go outside your campus before 12 pm

Placement Experience:

For my law college, placement started this year. My college is offering DCPD and internships for students who are interested in On Campus placements. For other departments, the placements rate is 50%. Here, companies like Infosys, IBM, amazon, flipkart, microsoft, visit. Actually my goal is to become a judicial officer after degree.

I liked the aura of the college campus and also the teachers and good

Forensic is an emergency field of applied sciences and it has a large scope due to increasing crime rate in India . Due to forensic collaboration with police officials , the crime rates are reduced and juctise is provided.

Dream college for students

Likes

College infrastructure and cleanliness of the campus .
Teachers are highly educated which help students to gain some depth knowledge.
They conducted DCPD classes for training of our placement drives

Dislikes

During admission they told that fees can be given in installment bus after admission they were not standing on their words
Too much classes .there is no rest time classs are from 9 : 30 am to 4:35 p.m.
Too many events and they charge for it .there should be a rule that if someone not wants to go the event fees should be not added to its account

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement. Tcs, microsoft, TATA, google , etc are the companies are visiting every year . Highest package was 55 lpa and lowest was 4 lpa 75 percent student getting placed every year

My cousin studies at CGC Jhanjeri and it's a nice and average place to be. Following are some issues though, which may be burdensome:

If you wish to go out during college hours then you will need to get an application signed by the CC and the HOD. The process itself will take up a lot of time.
Girls can stay out up to 7 pm in summers and 6 pm in winters and you can step out to roam in the campus by 4:30 and you will have to return in two hours to avoid sending a call home.
You should have at least a 75% attendance like most colleges, but it will be evaluated every 15 days. You will have to attend 75% of 15 days to avoid detention during the Monthly Sessional Tests of MSTs.
The campus is verdant and hygienic and it has a playground, but it is surrounded by grasslands on all sides up to 5 Kms. It has all the basic amenities like stationery shops, sports ground, pool, games room, etc.
Even transportation is an issue and autos and buses are the only way but quite time-consuming.

Hostel, mess food, cleanliness, room Sharing are not any issues at all. You will not have to worry about ragging too. You can go to Chandigarh for shopping after getting your passbook filled and signed by the Warden.

However, you cannot bunk because the campus is small, you can get discovered very easily and may face some good punishment. As for placements, it all depends upon research-based hard work and skills. Major companies do visit for recruitment.
