- Staff here is well educated but for 1st year they didn't have experienced teachers
- It is a lush green campus and the buildings there are also beautiful
- overall infrastructure is very good most of the building are red in colour

- Not giving experienced faculty to the first year B.Tech students
- The security there is too tight which is i didn't thik is good for my pov
- No of students are increasing every year due to which there is to much crowd in corridors

college have eligible students for campus placements from 2nd or 3rd year and companies that i have seen for placements in my college are HCL,Dmart, servicenow,Comforge , Capgemini , amazon , etc .
Percentage of students getting placae is 85 to 90 percent . My plan is to get a good job in a company after my degree

Placement Experience:
1. Eligibility for Campus Placement
Students generally become eligiblibe for Campus placement from the 6th semester. However ,the preparation starts much earlier:
.Pre-placement Training: In the 3rd and 4thsem , sttudents begin their "Training and Placement Program" which includes soft skills, aptitude training and techanical coding rounds.
. Interships: By the 4th or 5th sem

- The campus is clean, safe and structured, and most faculty teach well and are approachable. The curriculum is steady and keeps you consistent, especially in tech branches. Girls-to-boys ratio is around 1:3 in most classes.
- Campus life is calm but friendly, with enough clubs and events to stay involved. Classrooms, labs and the library are well maintained, and the overall infrastructure is solid for a private college without feeling overcrowded.
- Some admin processes are slow and rules can feel strict, especially during exams when work piles up. Placements are good if you keep your grades up and prepare well, and the T&P cell supports you, but you still need your own effort.
Dislikes
- Some administrative work is slow, and getting approvals or information can take longer than it should. A few processes feel outdated and could be handled more efficiently.
- Certain rules are stricter than necessary, especially around attendance. Workload also piles up quickly during exams, which can make the academic pressure feel heavy.
- Not all faculty teach with the same clarity, so the experience can feel uneven. Campus life is decent but could use more frequent student-driven events to make it livelier.
Placement Experience:
Students start becoming eligible for campus placements from the sixth semester, and that’s when most training sessions for aptitude, coding and soft skills also begin. The placement cell is active throughout the year and brings in a mix of product-based, service-based and mid-tier tech companies. The number of offers varies every year, but CSE-related branches usually get the highest share of opportunities. Companies come for roles like software trainee, analyst, QA, support engineering and web development, so there’s a good spread of entry-level roles.

- i think the preparation of placements needs to be improved
- i think it gives a good exposure to connect with people
- the faculty teaching method is relaly good i dont think there need any improvement
Dislikes
- i didnt like the fake companies they showed for placements they didnt even get tests
- no improvement in infrastructure overall is good
- no improvement needs in professional development

- Infrastructure and the society of the college campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum are good according to government rules and regulations of the college i would rate the curriculum are good well structured so not problem in the and marking scenes are very good best

the placement rate of the college is very well almost 90% placement placed with well package and there are so many company visited for the campus placement . the highest package thus year is 1 cr and the average package is 6 lpa

- Cgc jhanjeri excels in placement and modern infrastructure creating strong opportunities
- However its isolated location administrativerigidity
- The campus gender ratio is approximately 30:70 (girls and boys )

- The thing i didn't like is it's fees and rest all thing is good.
- The campus is very small and is in a village

The placement of this campus is good as i have heard.Many company visit here to provide oppurtunity.Company like tcs wipro adobe nautani visit here to hire students.the highest package offeres here is 1cr which is off campus.student become eligible from 6th semester

Our college campus students are eligible for placement form third year and this year many companies visited our college like adobe, microsoft, byjus and many more and this year one student got highest package of 1 crore but company didn't mention and college tells that 70 percentage students get placed

- Teachers and faculty need improvement, and main gate side road also
- Placement mention was good but we don't know it was true or not
- Faculty was not very good many senior complainy about it and ask why you join this college

- Some teachers are rude, and they doesn't care you read something or not they don't care
- Road of main gate qas not that good and water collected near it
- Thats all for now and everything was good for now but we don't know extra because we just hot here

- the campus of cgc jhanjeri is very beautiful not as big but very clean and clear
- there are lot of placement opportunities as well as in campus placements.
- there are internship opportunities in campus for freshers as well as seniors.
Dislikes
- most of the staff working here is very rude, completely fed up with their job.
- this college has amazing placement ratio but also shows false hope to people who have very little chances of getting placed.
- classes are very boring; teacher do not care about students knowledge they only care about their syllabus.
Placement Experience:
1- from 3rd or 4th semester.
2- few companies visits.
3- the highest packed achieved by a student of B.tech few days ago approx 1 crore and average packages offered are usually of 45 lakh
4- not so high and also not so low ; depending upon students skills .
5- not surely confirm but wants to pursue further higher studies

What is your review of CGC Jhanjeri?

My cousin studies at CGC Jhanjeri and it's a nice and average place to be. Following are some issues though, which may be burdensome:
- If you wish to go out during college hours then you will need to get an application signed by the CC and the HOD. The process itself will take up a lot of time.
- Girls can stay out up to 7 pm in summers and 6 pm in winters and you can step out to roam in the campus by 4:30 and you will have to return in two hours to avoid sending a call home.
- You should have at least a 75% attendance like most colleges, but it will be evaluated every 15 days. You will have to attend 75% of 15 days to avoid detention during the Monthly Sessional Tests of MSTs.
- The campus is verdant and hygienic and it has a playground, but it is surrounded by grasslands on all sides up to 5 Kms. It has all the basic amenities like stationery shops, sports ground, pool, games room, etc.
- Even transportation is an issue and autos and buses are the only way but quite time-consuming.
Hostel, mess food, cleanliness, room Sharing are not any issues at all. You will not have to worry about ragging too. You can go to Chandigarh for shopping after getting your passbook filled and signed by the Warden.
However, you cannot bunk because the campus is small, you can get discovered very easily and may face some good punishment. As for placements, it all depends upon research-based hard work and skills. Major companies do visit for recruitment.
