I liked the college play ground and the canteen wich very neat and clean.
College provides you a scholarship that are available to the students and this will be helpful to the students
The teachers are well qualified and are good at teaching , the topics are explained in a detailed manner and i really like their teaching approach and the teachers are available whenever needed for any queries

Dislikes

My campus experience is average because we don't have a great infrastructure.
Last year someone got 18lpa, but according to another rumor he was fired in the first 6 months not sure.
There are no internship referrals given in college so students find it difficult to find internship offers elsewhere.

Don't judge a College by its fame

Likes

We have multiple clubs which are active and entertaining and the ratio of girl is to boys is 65:35
Every Friday we have a event named as noonjam which is every catching where u can showcase ur talent
Friendly faculties and many number of labs which are really good

Dislikes

We have a gym in our College but the timming is offf it's from 4 30 to 6 40
The sports room only opens from 2 30 if u wanna play before that get ur own equipment
No of students per class there are too many students in a single class soo the classes are noisy most of the time

Placement Experience:

Placement ratio is 82 percent and there are many big companies like Infosys and l&t offering in our College there are more than 58 companies offering placement U are eligible for placement from 7 th sem To qualify u need to qualify a course nameed pat and carry no backlogs at the present time the highest package was 24 lkh and avg package being 5 lkh

My life in college

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is great and the surrounding
The faculty are more interactive towards the students
The course offered in every semester is great useful

Dislikes

The water issue in the college as they is no much filter
The network issue inside the campus as there is poor signal
Some classroom does not have essential requirements

Placement Experience:

The placement in our college is about 80% and the skilled students are being hired in the top company and other have placed in small companies but only few of them are not placed in our college due to failure or backlog

I liked the college play ground and the canteen wich very neat and clean.

Dislikes

The only one problem in college while summer is Drinking water.

Placement Experience:

The Students of 6th semester are eligible for the placements in the college. The companies visited the college are Infosys IBM Dunno,TCS,and etc.. The Highest package was 18LPA and average was 6LPA in college

Life at CMR

Likes

I liked the campus view it has a lake by the side.
Class rooms are well lit and organised is a neat manner.
The design thinking lab is a space to put our innovations into reality.

Dislikes

The campus consists of only one block which is insufficient.
The teaching quality of teachers is not upto the mark.
There are many young teachers who do not have sufficient experience struggling to explain concepts.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible from 7th semester to attend the placements The highest package in the last year was 11 lambs per annum and the average package is around 3.5-4 lakh per annum. Students with CGPA above 8 are eligible for placements There are placement training classes right from the 2nd semester.

Infrastructure of the campus , the availability of space
The ampul amount of space gives the students opportunity to work
Both academic and non academic implications and it’s importance

Dislikes

Consistency in importance of courses is not given
Academic staff must uniformly recognise the importance of non academic courses
No proper communication between the mangment and the students

Placement Experience:

At present around 25 companies visit our campus. Students are eligible from 7th semester. The highest package for now is 11 lakh per annum. The average package is 3.5 lakh per annum. Students above 8 CGPA are eligible for placements

MY DESTINY PLANS

Likes

The faculty the way of teaching that make sure that students understand properly
The campus with greeny feels a fresh day welcome us to campus
The environment of the classroom with all the facilities

Dislikes

Attendance issue even if u attend the class sometimes marked as absent
The water facility is not much proper as the college has less amount of filter
The parking area is not so good it doesn't have proper parking area

My opinion on CMR University

Likes

It's in rural area so the environment is good. There is lake and greenary everywhere
We have freedom to do what we want in the campus
Availablity of lift for students is available

Dislikes

Fest and events are very rare and it is done in quadrangle or basketball court which is very sunny
We are in need of auditorium and There is no auditorium in our college
Bus stop is very far we hv to walk 1km to the bus stop there is no facilities provided till the bus stop

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took AIML since its the scope of the future. It's a specialised course. The exams are a little complicated but not that difficult. Faculties are experienced and since there is smart boards it's easier for us to understand things they explain.

The voices of CMR Students

Likes

Some faculties are very friendly and helpful
There is huge cricket stadium in my college

Dislikes

No auditorium.
There is no stationary or proper medical facilities in college

I took computer science with artificial intelligence. I took it because it is the future. And it's the fastest growing technology. Getting a job will be crucial. It's actually a intresting course and it's not that difficult as I expected it to be .
