The college experiences a shortage of teachers, with a faculty-to-student ratio varying from 1:20 to 1:100 depending on the department. Faculty members are generally well-qualified, with many holding advanced degrees or pursuing PhDs. There are approximately 12 to 15 faculties per department, but frequent changes and inexperienced faculty pose challenges. Teaching methods are often traditional and theoretical, lacking practical application, especially in ACCA subjects where syllabus completion is an issue.

The B.Com faculty is above average, while ACCA faculty is mostly below average. Exams consist of two internals (20 marks each) and a semester-end exam (100 marks), with internal assessments forming a part of the final grade. Faculty-student relationships are generally positive, with mentorship programs in place. However, certain faculty members display partiality or ineffective teaching methods. While there are supportive and friendly faculty who are approachable and encourage student engagement, others lack the ability to teach effectively, leading students to seek external resources for learning.
