IIIT Sri City Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are nice but as of now since companies are not hiring that much because of recession but I can say it will not be the case when the next batch will come.big companies like amazon also used to come for campus placement

Placements is average in our college means not that much good and not that much bad but in last year there was decline in placement due to recession. Highest was 1.2 cr off campus and lowest was 10 lakh per annum. Percentage of students placed is 50 as most of the students opt for higher education.

our university life is really very cool and pleasant atmosphere.our university gives full freedom in our college.every week we have events like cultural and retro nights and coming to the technical events we have alumni gatherings etc

Internships are provided from 6th semester and place form the 7th semester. Amazon visits the campus evey year for both internships and job placement. Adn other prominent companies which provide high paying jobs 1cr is highest package of the college and around 20 lakhs is the average package. Mg plan is to get placed during the placement drive.

From 3-2 students can enroll in campus placement drive and most of the students are get placed every year there is nearly 90+ percentage of placement and so many number of companies visiting and the highest package is 1.2 crore

I have chosen b.tech computer science and science engineering. as i am intrested in software side. and the placement opportunities for this branch students is good. when compared to other branch students. and especially in this institute the placements are very good for this branch students and this branch has very good in future too. the faculty student ratio of this college is nearly 1: 52 . the faculty teaching are well educated and many of the faculty have completed their phds and some faculty have done research in their respective courses. the teaching methodology followed by the faculty here is very good. there will be three mid exams per semester and based on the three mid exam marks the SGPA will be calculated. the exams are not too difficult.

I have choosen computer science and engineering, because this course has good job opportunities now. And the packages for this course students are a bit high when compared to other course students. And I am also in software side this I have choosen this course. the student faculty ratio of this college is nearly 47:1 . The qualification of the faculty is good. As some faculty have completed their research in their respective courses. And some have completed phds and some have done mtech in renowned iits and nits. The teaching methodology followed by the faculty of this college is extraordinary. There will be three mid exams for every semester. Based on thpse three mid exams gpa is calculated for the students .

the placements in our college very good. average package is upto 15 lakhs in this colege but student can get placements in on campus or off campus placements its student choice to join on or off cmpus placements . google,amazon,adobe,etc so many better companies are placed in this college highest package is 75 lakh inr andlowest package is 6 lakh inr percentage of students getting placements is 90% settle in the better company is my plan after getting degree

I am interested in electronics and wireless communications I have chosen this course. The student-faculty ratio 40:1. The qualification of the faculty is good. They have graduated from renowned IITs and NITs and some have graduated from foreign universities. There are three exams for a semester and they are mid1, mid2, and mid3 which will happen once every month.

We have very good placements and it is increasing every year. The average package is 20.3 lpa and the median lpa is 14. The highest package is 1.2cr. One can expect a good job if he/she works decently. The placements percentage is 90 this year.
