- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

I never had get an oppurtunity to get an offer
I apperared for nippon tyres for campus placements

- Freedom and atmosphere of the campus with experienced faculty and alumni network.
- Placement statitics and academical excellence
- exposure to co curricular activities . So many clubs.entire facilities inside the college and the overall acjievements
Dislikes
- Transportation at night seems to be difficult
- stray dogs are there in the campus as it is so large
- cleanliness issues inside the campus because of the size of such huge campus
Placement Experience:
More core companies and non core companies visit cet for campus placements. mostly from third year we can sit for placements. Highest packages varry with respect to companies and couses.
mostly 60 to 70 % are placed and rest of them go for higher educations

- The fees were low when considering other colleges.
- Some of the facilities were actually pretty good.
- The curriculum was pretty good but I think it may need some improvements.
Dislikes
- The lab and infrastructure was not that good.
- The placements were bad or average the best.
- Some of the facilities were amateurs and didn't have any experience.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I had an affinity towards the engineering field from the beginning and I chose electronics based on the future scope of the course. The exams were actually more frequent. If you have backpapers you might have two exams in the single day.

- The teachers were well educated and the way of teaching helps students to learn easily

- More focused on academics and there is no other programs
- Some teachers are very rude to students when a student take a leave
- There is no such programs were conducted on college

From seventh Semester students were called for interviews for campus selection
L&T once come,TCS,Ultratech cements etc.....
I don't know about the packages...
40-60 percent of student got placement.
My plan was to run my own construction company after complete my degree

- I like the canteen.it has variety of foods like fried rice,alfam and is cheap
- Collage has a good experienced faculty who teaches well
- Collage has a good ground. A lage cricket ground and a football ground
Dislikes
- Even though we have a good ground collage doesn't promote sports very well
- Campus infrastructure is average. I wont say its bad but not really good
- It is very strict. We are not getting enough freedom
Placement Experience:
We are having a good campus placement.we are offered with an average of 4.5 lakhs per annum. We are eligible from 6th semester for campus placements.infosys, Accenture,wipro,tcs are major companies came for placements

- sometimes its too strict compared to other colleges
- canteen is small compared to the amount of students
- the playground is sent to lease cannot be completly utilised by the students

the placement usually starts from sem 7,the are wide varieties of big companies regulalry visiting our campus for pplacements.
the average package starts from 4.5-6 lakhs
while the highest is 9 lakhs
almost all eleigible students get placed in the computer scienec department

- I like the design and campus of the college. It is very beautiful. There we can see many minarates everywhere in the college. We conduct mang programs in this college and every one loves it. Every one including faculties are very kind and friendly.
- The hostel foood is very tasty and healthy. We have fitness facilites in the college.
- We can make many friends here. We can improve our skills very well. And this college has the best campus in kerala
Dislikes
- Nothing much ... but. I dont like the night curphew
- The place where the college is situated is a non cultural place.
- Food in kollam district where the college is situated is very nad
Placement Experience:
Students in TKMCE will be placed after the seventh semester onwards. Many multinational companies will come in to our college to interview them
90% of students are placed last year.
My plans after degree is to start a new buissness

- The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
- The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
- The sports activities are well maintained here
Dislikes
- The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
- The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there
Placement Experience:
Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

- freedom to do anything like extra cultural activities
- there are holidays for celebrations like onam,christmas
- there is a good campus and the library got pretty good books
Dislikes
- exams for 50 mark are 1.5 hr that is not enough to finish all questions
- less girls and more boys the ratio should be equal
- classes are pacey and exam are more difficult for most students
Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to know more about technology so I choose this. It has given me confidence and more information for the future. The curriculum can be improved by adding new topics and should add physical education. 1.5 hrs for an internal exam is difficult and hard.

- A very spacious and vast campus to hangout in the free time.

- Food from the canteen can be improved a bit.
- The college should offer more sources of enjoyment.
- Sometimes,the college rules seem to be a bit strict.
Placement Experience:
The placement opportunities are very good in my college.From 7th semester,students become eligible for placements.Companies like IBM,TCS,CTS,UST etc. visit the campus.Average package is 4-5 LPA and highest package is 12 LPA or more.A high percentage of students get placed every year.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
