Course Curriculum Overview
I chose industrial engineering as it is more related to management and organising style. It has the highest pass percentge in the previous years. Our curriculum gives more importance to skill development rather than book eating.
Internships Opportunities
I am a fresher here but so many oppurtunities for internships and projects are available in CET including top private companies, startups, Government organisations and NGOs Keralas and Indias top projects are from this institute and most of our alumnis are part of Chandrayaan
Placement Experience
More core companies and non core companies visit cet for campus placements. mostly from third year we can sit for placements. Highest packages varry with respect to companies and couses. mostly 60 to 70 % are placed and rest of them go for higher educations
Fees and Financial Aid
The College of Engineering Trivandrum is the prestigious instituition in kerala. Admission process is done through KEAM entrance examination conducted by cee every year. Fee for general merit students will be less than 10000 every year. This year it was 9650(Tuition FEE) When you get into college during admission process amount of pta and bus fund should be paid everything is less than 20000. Hostel facility is also provided by the college based on the distance and income of the students family. other pg facilities and private hostels are available nearby. Egrantz is the main scholarship offered by college and the family income should be less than 1 lakh per annum. For SC ST it can vary to lower fees less than the above mentioned.
