- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

I like my college very much I don't think to change any things from this they are all perfect for us super supportive and they conduct sports and arts for our college we have a arts day for 3 days named as karma

- The coordination of the students and association and all over functions are good. And they teach manners among students.
Dislikes
- Often very strict management and provide less events
- Too much fee . And no refund for college bus students
Placement Experience:
8th semester students are eligible for placement and infosys, Malabar gold, tcs, byjus and many calling centre companies, skilled and high performed student get 9 lakh per annum and average students get 2 lakh per annum. Approx 20 % student get placement. My plan is that I would apt for placements or I will do extra courses for developing my skills

- Friendly environment, no types of harassment, advanced classrooms.
- A wonderful campus with full of trees giving a wonderful shelter even in great summers
- Supports students in the sports activities and arts.
Dislikes
- Canteen not that good ,maybe can be rated an average.
- College timings are much tight. Morning at 8:50 and evening at 4:00
- Cricket ground not maintained properly. Its full of dry sand.
Placement Experience:
Most of the students here think about geting placed in the software field. But ther eare also core fields available. I like to move to a core field which actually helps me informative about the subjecg i studied.

- Beautiful campus with clean surroundings and friendly faculties
- Access to huge library, labs and workshops

- Too much assignment and exams, 3 exams per semester
- Strict monitoring of attendance and strict rules on uniform
- Cannot cut classes or roam around the campus without tag
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placement in the 7th semester, college provides us placement based on cgpa, gate score and skills. Highest package to get from vimal Jyothi is 10 lpa, now average package is around 4-5 lpa

- College atmosphere is very nice, canteen facilities,library all are there
- Overall our college is best engineering college in kerala

- Some hostels near our college are not good
- Dogs are there in the campus ,sometimes they make fear
- Cultural activities are not good at now a days

Yes there is placement in our college, core companies like yokogava, hpcl and other IT companies and some banking companies also, our college providing placement classes to students for achieving placement

- The Collage have a good atmosphere. The faculty as so kind and have good teaching skills.They encourage as to study well and conduct extra classes when we have any doubts
- The collage have and good legacy in sports and games. Also have good ground , basket ball court, Kabbadi court etc. After college we have practice session for preparing in games.
- The college have good Placement session and many companies were driven to make part of it. Also have good programmes for students like Deckathon , NSS etc. College Arts festival were one of the best
Dislikes
- College didnt have much canteen facility and a bad auditorium
- The college have less parking facility and rude behaviors if security
- The College didnt have good quality in uniform and doesnt provide coat used in labs
Course Curriculum Overview:
I give a rate of 8.7 out of 10 . The faculties teachung skills are good but didnt have enough practical skills. They explain every topics and made easy when go for exams. They should also give improvment in real world problems and develop students practical skills

- My college is smaller in size comparing to other campuses

As I say my college has the second highest placement rate in Kerala and it offers many multinational companies like Apple , Google ,Twitter, Tata etc. you will be eligible for the placement from 6th semester onwards and average pack is 100000 rupees. You should atleast have a 8.5 cgpa to apply for placement drives as many companies have a cgpa cuttoff

- Campus is really nice and large especially since it contains 3 different college , there is also farm and animals including a white horse
- Studies wise teachers are all highly educated,all are nice and helpful and approachable anytime,since college is a autonomous exam dates and portions are more lenient and understandable
Dislikes
- Event and activities are low because participation is low ,people here prefer to go home and rest rather than going for events but that doesn't mean events aren't there,especially since we are needed to fulfill the activity points requirement
- Low amounts of girls,the ratio for boys to girls are like 6:4 ,they vary in different department tho but most classes have boys as majority,mechanical department 3rd year has only 6 girls in a class so it's very variable
- Anything related to attendance and marks aren't lenient and everything is very strict

From what I know there is placements from 6th semester and a lot of people gets placed here,
companies who hires here are a lot ,some of the big ones are TCS ,Wipro etc,
Lowest is around 4 lack per annum i think,don't know about highest
As far as I know arround 50 percent of students gets placed here
I am also planning to get campus placement and looking for a job

- I really like the infrastructure of the college.
- The clean campus and the great atmosphere. If provides a good ambience for academics.
- The fests conducted in the college are coordinated and done brilliantly.
Dislikes
- The sports ground could be a bit more cleaner. Also courts for sports like badminton should be made.
- The schedule is a bit packed, which in some cases causes stress and tension.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for campus placement from the 4th year onwards
The companies that visit us are Amazon, ibm, Infosys, tcs, Wipro etc.
Tye highest package comes upto 5.2 LPA and the average package is upto 2 LPA.

- Campus is small and blocks are nearby without spacing.
- Girls toilet are in bad condition with no safety
- Area is small and inadequate to explore.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My family is involved in medical field. So for making a change i have choosen B. Tech Mechanical Engineering, the Father of all other branches.Nowdays timings for university exams are regular and result publishment are also regular.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
