Basic knowledge for college

Likes

The management of the college and the faculty members
The event organized by college is fabulous

Dislikes

Sometimes it is too strick the management and the faculty
We have less holiday compared to other colleges like summer vacations and winter vacations

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel of Salesian College is till now only for girls .The total rooms are 24 and with dinner room , study room and prayer room.In 1 room 4 students are placed. The quality of food is average Registration process of hostel is we have to pay admission fee and fill the form

Likes

Availability of good books with good environment to study in the university library computer facilities along with free wifi
We are more connected towards the nature greenary and environment is good for recreation

Dislikes

More politics involved which makes student uneasy and even classes gets disturbed sometimes

Hostel Facilities:

2 students in each room were kept in hostel. Twice daily meals were given wifi facilities abundant water electricity gym facilities. You need to fill up the form for hostel facility that will be out in the university website

Likes

Things which I liked about my college faculty is that they are friendly ,which means without any hesitation you can approach the faculty .If you are facing any problem or you have any doubts.And also they make sure that everyone does the practicals.
Faculty make sure that all the students are formed about changes should be made in notebook at the same time .

Dislikes

About this college things which I did not liked is , college do not provide the instruments ,practical things .

Hostel Facilities:

In hostel you have to share your room with two person which means in a single room total 3 beds are provided .Hostel mess is runed by the hostel warden daughter .Fooding charge is 2200 and they provide with two time meal and with snacks like pasta , chola .Hostel is closed after 6pm.After 6pm you are not allowed to go outside .And you are abided by the rules .And hostel fee is 2000.If we take this 4000 rupees into consideration you can easily live in rented room whereas it is quite difficult to live in pg .In this you do not get the mental peace and you are emotionally harrased

Mathabhanga college

The infrastructure of the college is so beautiful. There are 4 building in college . Those uses for classroom and official purpose. The whole campus filled with trees . The college situated in Mathabhanga near the Electric office.
There are a pond in the college which is look more beautiful in rainy season. When I am in college, my experience is that I feel so refreshing in the atmosphere of the college.

Dislikes

Some of things I don't like that in my opinion that there are no political unions in college
Some things I think are that colleges generally shouldn't have political parties. It's because this political parties always creates problems instead of helping the students.

Hostel Facilities:

Each hostel room usually has three beds which can accommodate three students. There is also provision of own locker tables and chairs.Electric system is very good in hostels.The college has two types of hostels one for girls and one for boys. The quality of food in the hostel is not so good so the college authorities should pay attention to the food.The quality of food is not that good compared to the usual 1500 taka per month to eat in a hostel. If a student wants to be hosted then he/she has to apply for the hostel from the website of the college . As our college is next to the city, no students face much difficulty for rent or PG.There are about 100 rooms in the hostel.The cost of staying and eating in hotels is very low which is effective for everyone.

I like the environment of Darjeeling government college.

Dislikes

Some of the departments Infrastructure getting too old so they must repair.

Hostel Facilities:

Their are 3 hostels for girls but for boys there's nothing. In girls hostels their are 2persons, 3 persons, single room available. And i think the hostels food is good in that reasonable price which is way cheaper than outside.

Hostel Facilities:

In our college hostel faculties is also provide. A room is only for 2 students two beds, 2 study chair, 1 box. The meal quality is really too good. The hostel registration process is also dependent on our result. Near the college, some PG are also available.

Best college for womens

Hostel Facilities:

This hostel room are provided every room 4 student are staying electricity was always available one student and one-bed table chair light fan also available. Meal quality is good. Everyday fish or egg and dal potato nught time ghonto and dal. The registration process for a hostel is online and offline both are available. Everyone is afford every month 1000 rupees we are paying. Locality are very good there people was also caring and suporting.

My experience with Ananda Chandra College

Hostel Facilities:

College has hostel facilities both for boys and girls. The fees differs from 25,000 45,000. The hostel is very nearby To the college and the travelling expense is used by the students. The food is also of good quality and the rooms are in good condition to. The food,water and electricity expenses are included in the hostel charges.

Hostel Facilities:

The college offers hostel facilities for its students. There?s one hostel which is for the boys and there are 4 hostels for the girls. The mess is quite okay but not that great. But the price is cheap.
