- This course total cost 30,000 rupees in divide 6 semester in 3 year, this course have lots of scholarship, financial assistance like swami vivekananda merit cum mins scholarship was the best scholarship in west bengal
- The campus was beautiful and the professors were friendly and helpful.
- Placement services are also good . around 60 percent student get placed
Dislikes
- I really disliked how late our semester exam are held. this causes problem for 6th sem students as they can't apply for other places early.
- The placement is really not good and many of the students hated internships and jobs for the medical representative designation.
- The staff gets rude sometimes and are not helpful ( some of them)

- The faculty is very good. Teachers are very easy to interact with and very helpful.
- There is discipline in the college. Many colleges do not have proper decorum but here everything was very disciplined. Attendance, academics and co curricular activities were given much importance.
Dislikes
- However the campus is small and so there is no “college life” here.
Course Curriculum Overview:
During my 3 year course in Economics I got to study a good amount of subjects(almost 15). The course was overall good but I felt that it did not make me job ready . The education system does not provide the students with skills which the employers look for. We are often indulged in just books and theories and hence there is no skill development. This was the biggest con.

- The faculty of the whole college is good.
- All the teachers are very supportive and knowledgeable in their respective field.
- The college hosts seminars and webinars on a regular basis which helps students learn outside the books.

- The turf is usually not available to play.

Placement Experience:
There are about 5-6 placement drives held within college campus usually between the month pf may to june. The first year students can apply for internships And 2nd and 3rd year students can apply for either temporary or permanent jobs. My plans after degree is to apply for CDS

- No play ground in the campus side and placement service was too short

Specific aspects of the curriculum is I love to do chemical reactions and this was my favourite subject ..this influenced me to choos this course.curriculum prepares my for real world was very well and approachable

- The college is overall very good . As a science student, I can recommended it as it is top 4 science college in west bengal also. If we talk about Boys and Girls ration then also 656:515
- The Faculties of all department well experienced and very good , Teachers enjoy the teaching when they teaches students.
- Teaching methodology also very well satisfied. Best infrastructure with well equipped campus.
Dislikes
- I did not watched anything negative till now for Asutosh college from my side.
Placement Experience:
Generally the placment of asutosh college really well also. Students from 5th semester are eligible for placement process. The placement sceniario very well in asutosh college. If we talk about our deperatment microbiology then latest 3.37 lakh approx record of placement also in computer science it also 6-7 LPA recorded, It varries every year wise.

I've been driven by zoology since my childhood that's why I choose zoology thus bsc with botany and anthropology because there are no more subject combination.yet the sense of excellence in our cbcs based curriculum is going down I guess because marking scheme is not so good

To improve the course curriculum i suggest to have more practical knowledge rather then theoretical knowledge

- The canteen could be improved a little . Food options are quite limited
- Classrooms could be improved and could be more neat and clean
- Not much things to complain overall very good experience

I selected this course because I am naturally interested in computer science and moreover computer science is a very good course . The curriculum is very holistic and covers all necessary topics . The course could more practical than theory is based this would be my suggestion.

- The heritage college has an amazing campus life
- there are a lot of clubs where students are highly encouraged to participate in , there are events taking place so the interaction between the juniors and seniors even among the different department students takes place
- As an economics student the faculty is great and helpful . The professors are always ready to help the students with any problems , their teaching methods, mentorship qualities are topnotch
Course Curriculum Overview:
Exams are taken by my faculty and surprise tests are conducted to help us to get related with the new subjects like econometrics. International conferences are organised my the college which helps the student to get an opportunity to meet with people who work in the respective field

- Collage library is well organised and various books are available
- Railway Station to collage road is very good.
- The environment of collage is so pleasant.

- The numbers of Classrooms is not enough.
- Collage canteen is no so good , it needs more development

I specially like the subject (zoology).it help me out to know about various animal's behaviour that gives me the knowledge of animals surrounding us .
Many zoo survey is conducted by our department which is very beneficial to us.
