My experience

The curriculum is not so good because Calcutta University provide a vast syllabus which is nearly impossible to complete before every examination. But the whole syllabus is more than enough for any student who are willing to pursue higher studies after the bachelor's.

The total course fees for Biochemistry Honours is around 60000 for 3 years. Per semester fees around 8-9 thousand and the admission fees is 10000. No scholarships was provided by the college but students can apply external scholarships.

The campus life of Sarsuna college not so good. The department is remarkable but the campus is too mean for healthy students. They don't provide any common room, they don't arrange any type of fest for the college students. Sometime the relationship between the departments is not so good.

I choose this college because this is near to my home and the faculties are too good for the department of the Biochemistry. The admission procedure was similar to the other colleges which are under University of Calcutta.

The faculties of biochemistry department is too good. They are familiar, well qualified, they guide students very well. The laboratory technicians are very polite and familier. The laboratory infrastructure is also remarkable. They conduct an internal exam for every paper before the semester examination. The professors are helpful from every way.
