The course is interesting.Its has practical uses . It's not boaring. But one drawback is that in corporate sector it's demand is decreasing day by day for presence of huge engineer. I choosed for joining government sector. Faculty: student=1:140 Quality of faculty teaching methods is not so good or not so bad . For passing semester we have to do efforts for knowing depth knowledge.

Jadavpur University offers one of the best campus placements in all of West Bengal, and even for lower branches, students of our university manage to secure a good offer in their placements. Moreover, maximum students get placed and the ones not placed are mainly entrepreneurs or want to pursue M. Tech( Master of Technology). There are very less candidates who do not fulfil placement criteria or don't get placed due to their lack of knowledge about their work.

I had interest in engeering from my childhood. there is 1:5 faculty students ratio. Most of the faculty proffesers are phd holeder. our university conducts semister exam in the gape of six months. and after some one month a class test is hold by our class teacher on the respecticve topics.

The placement season starts right after the end of 6th semester and they are continued till the end of the 8th semester. Different companies from multiple domains like Texas Instruments, Amazon, Oracle, ZS-Associates, Deutsche Bank, PWC visits the college during the placement season and the number of offers sometimes exceeds the class strength. The highest package was offered by Schroedinger (52 LPA) and the average package till now is 15 LPA. Almost 90 to 100 percent students get placed every year. I am planning to move abroad for Masters, I won't applying for a job just after gradutation.

The students become eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. Companies visited are Scrodinger, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Netflix, Microsoft, Tata Steel, Jindal Steel, TCS, Texas Instruments and many more.

My decision to chose jadavpur university was purely because of the brand name jadvpur holds in the list of engineering colleges in this country.It's one of the top engineering colleges in this country.JU provides one of the strongest alumuni network and has it's students spread all across the board.JU facalty is known for it's expertise and dedication to teaching and research.the facalty ehre is extremely supportive and it's ready to help you at any time of your requirement.The exams are conducted in due period of time.In most of the university exams it's being observed that a lot of repitition is being seen from the past year question papers,which perhaps makes us familier and a bit confident during exam.

Our follege provides extremely good placements after graduation whic are on par with those of top IITs and NITs. The campus placements start from 7 th semester. Top companies include Amazon, AMD, Microsoft, etc . Almost 95 percent students are placed .

There is on-campus placement here, in the CSE department highest generally goes above 1-1.5 Cr per annum, while median is about 23 LPA. Due to recent recession in market, overall the placement of this year is a bit underwhelming than normal, but this might get fixed in the upcoming years. Big MNCs like Amazon offer placements here in various sectors such as IT, Finance, management, etc.

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. The placement cell of Jadavpur University is phenomenal boasting a placement percentage of 95% despite the global recession in with average package being 11 LPA for Chemical Engineering. Top recruiters from tech include Adobe, Amazon, Google, IBM. Recruiters from finance and consultancy are Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte. Top recruiters from core are IOCL, TATA, ITC, Reliance. Highest package offered was 1.8 Cr. 2023 placements was concluded with 1200 offers and more than 1000 students were recruited. I personally have not thought of placements, I want to pursue Entrepreneurship to make a significant impact on society.

The campus placement here is very good. We observed our seniors getting very good placements with high packages . The average CTC is around 11 LPA and for CSE it is around 24 LPA. In Jadavpur University around 95 percentage of students get placement offers also others go for higher studies.
