UPES Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am currently in my 2nd year going to 3rd year so I cannot answer any of these questions. The highest package was 45 LPA last year and the average is I think 10 LPA. Some company names are Microsoft, Xebia, Dell, Infosys, etc. 100 percent of students were placed in Computer science branch last year. My plans after getting the degree are to do M-Tech.

From the 5th semester, the students become eligible for hostel placements. Highest package availabe is 42 lakhs and average package is about 7lakhs. 100 percent placements are awarded to students. Companies visited the college are Infosys, Punjab National Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and so on.

The students become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. Xebia, IBM are some of the companies that have ties with UPES and come for placements every year. Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro are few other names that visited for placements. The highest package ranges to around 18-24 LPA. 98% of students get placed according to the university. For now, I am planning to secure a good job after the degree.

As the university has one of the greatest placements throughout the country in the petroleum field so I opted for the following course. The Teacher to student ratio is 9:1; teachers are helpful for academics as well as professional things. Most of the facility holds the degree of the doctorate in their field and also has great work experiences in their field. Exams are conducted two times in a semester and the rest are internals which is conducted throughout the semester. If students focus on what teachers teach in classes and can easily pass the semester examinations.

Faculty is friendly with the students by not just academic means but also by any professional mental help. You can reach out to your teachers through their mail for their cell phone numbers. Examination conducted in each semester is in two parts, One is is mid-semester other is end semester. And the overall result for a year is displayed after two semesters.

From our college 1900+ students are already placed in 2021. The highest package of 45 LPA got by our students in the year 2020. Companies like Panasonic, Pidilite, Samsung, Tata Motors, Spicejet etc visited us. 94% students of our campus got placed in the year 2019-20. & 560+ recruiters Visited us in 2019-20.

Students after 3rd year are eligible for placement registration. Some of the top Companies take place during our placement time and offers are average. Upes is linked with IBM so they provide mass recruitment.

Students are eligible for applying for pre-placement from the 3rd year, also they would have campus placement which is available in the 4th year or you can say in the 8th semester. Some of the greatest companies like "Reliance, Berger, Amazon, Nestle, Aditya Birla Group, Hyundai, Godrej, and many more". University has a placement of more than 90% also dependent on the course you opt for in the university.

More than 3000 offers made to the students of UPES. And the reputed company offers placement to students of UPES like tata, TCS, Deloitte, Rakuten, Wipro, and so on The highest package is 45 lakh per annum 90% students get placed.

Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field which makes us ready for the job provided one study with all their dedication. Whether a person will get a job or not it mostly depends on the hard work they put in. Teachers are qualified but if the student doesn't want to study no teacher can help them. I gave 7 stars because the teaching method is not up to the mark. This college takes a lot of money from students but lacking in giving that much quality. Exams aren't so much difficult one can pass the exam if they study for like 20 days before the exam. Questions came from what the teachers taught in the class and from their PPTs. So, listen to your teachers carefully and attend all the lectures.
