I had applied to Dehradun Business School but did not enroll there as it was not as good as UPES. UPES had more placement options and I was having foreign exchange programs. Admission was based on a personal interview and group discussion. The minimum percentage to apply for my course was 70 percent.

I chose this course as it had a specialized program. The faculty is very good and well qualified. All the professors have done their PhDs. University takes exams and quizzes on a frequent basis to help the students.

Internships are provided by the college on regular basis. Every month the college organizes a meet with some companies or start-ups for internship opportunities. From the second semester onwards the students are enrolled in internships with an NGO. It also affects their grades.

From the 5th semester, the students become eligible for hostel placements. Highest package availabe is 42 lakhs and average package is about 7lakhs. 100 percent placements are awarded to students. Companies visited the college are Infosys, Punjab National Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and so on.

Fees are a little hiked but are much better than other private institutions.. I didn't applied for any scholarship or had any financial assistance. Also I didn't got any campus jobs. Though the college has enrolled us in internships.

Life at the campus is very good. We had a chance to enroll in many clubs like adventure, sports, photography, media, dance, arts, etc. Coursera subjects are thought to students to develop practical knowledge and experience.

Hostel facility is very good. Proper hygiene is maintained. Healthy food is prepared. Proper security is available. Hostels are a bit costly but they are clean. The hostel has all the necessary shops for the students.

Yes, there was a group discussion round. Then there was a personal interview placed on a call. Then there was a written examination for admission. Preparation for those exams was very easy.
