- Upes is place where I can study in nature as well as peace.
Dislikes
- There is something about the climate it just doesn't support me.
Placement Experience:
Student's become eligible for placement in 6th or 7th semester .
Microsoft , IBM , Dell are some of prominent companies no of offer made around 2000.
Highest package 50 lakhs and Average package 8 lakhs.
94% student were placed last year.

- I like the faculties and staff they are very friendly in nature and helpful.
Dislikes
- The one thing I hate is the unnecessary events happening everytime.
Placement Experience:
From 6 or 7th Semester students become eligible for campus placements .
Around 165 companies visited and 2200 offers were made.
Highest package was 45 lakhs and Average package was 8.5 Lakhs.
94% students were placed the school of computer science.
My plans after getting the degree is of getting a job in corporate sector.

- Infrastructure is very great and the views of dehradun is great.
Dislikes
- Whether condition is very poor and it creates a lot of problem to travel
- Low availability of transport is also a problem

The highest package offered was 44 lakhs and the average package was 8 lakhs.
94% of students were placed in the School of Computer Science.
Not yet decided but thinking of pursuing a master's.

- University campus infrastructure is great.
- University opportunities to choose specialisation like Ai&Ml , Cloud computing, Cyber security.
- Faculty is well qualified and supportive.
Dislikes
- In campus hostel infrastructure is not up to the mark
- Campus location is in very isolated area.
Placement Experience:
If the course is 4 years then the student is eligible for campus placement in 6th semester.
For B.tech students, the campus has lots of top-rated companies like Microsoft, Infosys, AWS, etc.
The highest package for campus placement is 50 lakhs and the average placement is 8 lakhs.
My plan is that I will do a job for 2 years then I will apply for a master's in abroad.

- The area and surrounding of UPES is the best because it is situated in Dehradun.
Dislikes
- Climate is the biggest red flag here at UPES.

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th semester for Campus Placement. Microsoft and Dell are examples of companies that visited last year. Around 2000 offers were made all across UPES.
Highest Package 50 Lakhs and Average package 8 Lakhs. 94% of students placed in the School of Computer Science. I will go for a master's in the same field.

- The climate is beautiful as well as drastic changes in temperature.

- campus location ,it is based on the foot of mountains.
- always cool climate , its not like very hot climate.
- very good infrastructure and faculty of UPES.
Dislikes
- hostel meal food , sometime they really make it worse.
- UPES is located on the 15km from the main city.
- doing to and fro from campus to main city makes its irriating.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement after the 7th semester, recently Microsoft and Amazon came to campus and gave offers to students. the highest package was 50 lakhs and the average is 14-13 lakhs per annum.

- The faculties are very much supportive in every field.
- There are so much opportunities outside of academics.
Dislikes
- Campus size is not as big as IITs or NITs.
Placement Experience:
Placement rates are about 95 percent here with an average package of 9-10 lpa. The highest package which was offered here was 50 lpa which happened in 2023 only. 3 people were offered this 50 lpa package.

- Infrastructure is very good, classes is well facilitate.
- Food court : It's the best place to hangout with friends.
- Ground: UPES has pretty big ground too , you can watch anyone there, pretty good time pass.
Dislikes
- Nothing as much college is about exploring and studing.
- Tulip is over priced, tulip is a cafeteria in UPES.
Placement Experience:
After completing the 3rd year students are eligible for placements.
Many companies are there like Google, Amazon, Accenture, and JP Morgan, and their offers are based on the skills of a student but the average is as stated min 500000 to max 850000 it's an average package range I'm talking about.
90% of students get placed.
My plans I'm going for 2 years job plan and then moving to Norway for higher studies.

- campus life its beautiful when it rains and the vibe is amazing
- chilling out with friends between classes is amazing
- faculty is very cooperative and helps in gaining skills
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was influenced by tech and how it's done so I wanted to go into this domain. One batch contains 30-35 students with a faculty of subject.
Faculties are very cooperative and helpful with students. the exams are on time and it was not much difficult to clear the exams
