The course curriculum is very good. The course is divided into four semesters, each lasting six months, and is studied using different books. The course mostly focuses on practical knowledge as well as theory.
This was one of the best colleges to provide internships to students on various subjects.

Dislikes

There is no decided time due to the lockdown. It is very difficult to pass. However, now, due to the lockdown, I passed without having to take any exams.
There is no internship available for my course, and I have no idea about internships for other courses.

St John's College

Faculty was good. All the teachers and staff of management were very supportive and had a vast knowledge about their subjects
Campus buliding is a great. Its quite large in size and spacious. The buliding is very old which hold a lot of history and memories of great personalities.

Dislikes

There was a placement cell which was supposed to provide internships and job opportunities but they didn't provided none.
Library was too small and not too spacious there were no siting areas just 2 shelves of books.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course was bachelor of business administration(BBA) which is a professional course. In this I studied about alot of things regarding management, business, administration, marketing. Exams used to be done semester wise i.e. 2 times a year along with some tests, viva voce, assignments etc. The course I chose was good but the college didn't provided placements n all whicha was a con. According to me college has to focus more on practical learning, industry visits, and sales etc. They used to focus more on assignment and classes which according to me was less effective method to study about business management. Overall my experience was good.

Truth of Our college

Likes

Our classes is good..It provide good education and good for B.COM.
Majorly it is good for those students who prefer to do Other professional courses side by side.

Dislikes

In our college infrastructure is not at all good..It's so bad ..seats are are not available for students.
During exam students has to sit outside the exam hall for giving paper during sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose this Bachelor of commerce (Bcom) because I want to complete graduation from commerce side. And I am CA Student who need to complete its graduation on time without the hindrances. Now, Our college has improved the course by improving the process and projects to be made..but sometimes the projects we get are so confusing.. Teaching method is quite okay... Exams sometimes gets delayed but...when it gets delayed they try to cover the time in next semester.

In my perspective it is the best course for students willing to enter the medical line . The examination which are held is home examination , Pre University and University. The curriculum provides students to master in the field of academics as well as clinical or practical world . For this we have classes everyday and posting in the OPD for our clinical exposure

The reality of my College

Likes

This the best place where I have studied. A good building with full clean and natural environment. There is a pool in front of main gate which is sorounded by beautiful flowers or rose and marigold. It also has a dmall garden in main campus building.
There are very big classroom in this college and seats are veey nice and strog. There is a facility of Library whis is very big in size. All the books news paper and old books written by historical persons are available and thesis of some scholars.

Dislikes

There are some issues related to management. They used to conduct programs related to government initiatives all the jayantis and important days are celebrated. Because of these all programs they forgotten to teach . All teachers became busy in this.
The support staff used to do the things improper. They don't do their work sincerely. Clerks do not take papers on time.

Placement Experience:

In 6 the semester students get placement. There is no percentage criteria to get placement. Company came here and ask the teachers. They recommended students and the those students get placement of average 3 LPA. I think highest package was 6.20 LPA My plans after degree is to prepare for civil services

all about DBRAU

Likes

the campus life of dbrau are awesoome and a good social interaction between students and teachers also.
the faculties have a great teaching experience. and their teaching method is also good.

Dislikes

some of the faculties is not so good and does not have a good teaching experience.
the result is much delayed and the marks is given on copy filling not on the content.

i would rate the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness a 8/10. but curriculum prepares us for the real world applications because it has real lif practicals . the exams are held one time that is university exams with medium level of difficulty.

I choose bachelor of commerce course from Dr.brau because this particular course has expertise faculty. They are very experienced and friendly and help in making learning easy. Improvements needed in technology . Still they are dependent on paper work rather than using dbms.

I like the flexibility of this college that you are free to join any course without any reservation

Dislikes

I don't like the buildings as buildings are old and has not been repaired for many years and parking space for vehicle is not that big

The courses available here are flexible as you can choose any one as you like and it doesn't have any effect with your previous studies. The curriculum is not that effective in real world but they can help you in getting jobs and they are helpful for the classes and practicals as the teacher give test and made students do practical due to which exams become easy The exams held twice a year as per semester vice and students have to perform so that they can get cgpa above 7 which will be helpful

A good university

The infrastructure related to garden area was very good as each student can go there during interval and study and enjoy there
There are many co-curriculur activities held like basketball, chess, dance, singing, debate competitions which enhances student's creative mind and capacity

Dislikes

Student's behaviour during classroom was very annoying and irritating as discipline is not fully mentained
Other than academics queries, other staff not gives proper answer which makes students more involve in finding the solutions of queries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Many of the aspects of curriculum such as objective, resource, relevance,,scope of subject matter, flexibility, etc which influenced me to choose Bachelor of Commerce(B.com) B. Com is very related to accounting and finance, that's why I opt for this as I am interested in. Accounting field and helps a lot to understand commerce related terms which ultimately works in my future career opportunities. In some of the topics, there is a need to explain or describe it in practical approach as everything can't explain in theoritical approach for example, business studies related to topics, economics. The timing of exam is very enough -3 hours but objectives types question should also added for about 20 marks which helps students to achieve a good score.
