Gagan College of Management and Technology hosts several companies for campus placements each year, including TCS, which often hires BCA students. Typically, 10 to 20 students from various departments secure job placements annually. The college also provides many internship opportunities, especially for technical courses like biotechnology, where students can intern in research labs during the summer and winter. B.Ed students have chances for internships or training in schools and colleges.

The college's fee structure is about Rs. 50,000 for the first year and decreases to Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 in the second year. Many students benefit from scholarships provided by the Uttar Pradesh government. To receive these scholarships, students must apply online and submit the required documents to the college. Once approved, the scholarship funds are directly deposited into the student’s bank account.
