CSA Kanpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Here you are eligible for placements after 6th semester. Many companies of fertilizer , seed corporation and food companies have visited and especially for Agri business management groups .Highest package offer here is 5Lakh and minm 2 Lakh per annum . Approx 30% students get their jobs in different sectors and many more in government jobs like ADO NABARD HDO and all other willingly give ICAR JRF or CUET PG for their masters degree .My plan is to get a government job as an officer level so that I can serve through holding power

From th 7th semester placement will start. Average packages goes upto he 4lakh per annum while highest packages goes upto the 8 lakh per annum. About 20% students gets selection from the campus selection. I want to purse higher education

Placements were good companies like Adani wilmar , idbi bank , yara fertiliser . Etc visited the campus and took students . The selection criteria was different for every company basics were GDPI for every company I guess. I'm planning for masters .

After the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements and there are a lot of companies that come for placements and highest package is by IARI, New Delhi of 96 lakhs per annum and the average package is 10 lakhs per annum. A minimum of 90% of students got placements. My plan is for becoming a scientist after getting my degree.

My course is BSC Agriculture. It has a total of 12 subjects in the first semester. Most of the students take admitted to BSC agriculture. The teachers have a PhD degree in their respective subjects. Their teaching method is not so good. The course has mid-term and final exams each semester and they are moderately difficult to pass.

The faculty is average not very good but they are helpful and good in nature. Mostly Ph.D. students take classes in UG courses or guest faculty takes the classes. The syllabus is timely completed with proper mid-term and final examination syllabus.

8 semesters the students available for the placements iffco and Tata group the highest package was 1200000 and the average package was 100000 the required percentage was 70 least I do a government job after my degree.

From semester 5th, students become eligible for campus placements. The average package is about 4 LPA but the highest package went 12 LPA last year. Those students which study get placements. The minimum criteria are 65% in every semester for being eligible for placement. After getting the degree I'll be doing an MBA.

Placements: The placements were exciting and motivating. Out of 120,35 become agriculture officer ,30-40 were recruited by private companies. Many cleared government sector exams. The highest salary was 4.5 lac p. a. and the lowest 3.2p. A The placement cell is fully committed to students and helps in skill development to face the rigorous process. In last semester company visited campus it means that you can get placement without fully completed your degree.

I took admission in this college after the completion of my 10+2 from science stream. to take admission I appeared for the exam of UPCATET and got good rank, my name was there on the first merit list, then the college provided me admission by taking a personal interview. they asked me to produce my original documents of 10+2 and to pay the admission fees. Then I got the admission confirmation from their side.
