My father is a farmer who is linked with the agricultural that's why I wanted to focus on the studies of this course to upgrade the agricultural equipment and seeds. we have important topics in the course such as Agronomy, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Seed Science & Technology, Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry, Agricultural Economics and Statistics, Entomology, Agricultural Extension, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Biochemistry and Remedial Courses.

Placement and job opportunities are wonderful. They have specifically a placement department and all companies like Kamlapur Sugar & Industries Ltd, United Phosphorus Ltd, The Godrej Agrovet Ltd, The Unicorn Seed Ltd, RBNS Sugar Mills Ltd, Mahyco Seed Ltd, Weather Risk Management Services Pvt. My course fees are around INR 46,650 per year. which is quite affordable. but I am from a poor family so the college provided me with a government scholarship and half of the fees is paid by the state government. the college has taken a very good initiative so that students like us can also get an education.

The college provides facility of Library, Hostel, Medical support and Common rooms for every student. The annual function, Fresher party, Convocation day is celebrated by the college every year. The college also organises sports days in which games like Volleyball, football, Cricket, Hockey and handball is played by the students and teachers. The college has seminar and auditorium halls for the lectures.

I took admission in this college after the completion of my 10+2 from science stream. to take admission I appeared for the exam of UPCATET and got good rank, my name was there on the first merit list, then the college provided me admission by taking a personal interview. they asked me to produce my original documents of 10+2 and to pay the admission fees. Then I got the admission confirmation from their side.

Most of the Lecturers and teachers are above 40 age, which shows their experience in this field. They arrange guest lectures, seminars and conferences on the basis of forestry and their benefits. Our teachers always encouraged us whenever we students feel low. The teachers have vast knowledge in the course.
