SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Normally the campus placement season begins after 7th semester. The average package offered during SRM institute of science and technology placements 2022 to the students of CS/IT departments was INR 9.5 LPA. A phenomenal 10000+ Offers have been made to the graduating class of 2022 students this placement season and more than 1000 companies have already visited the campus since the commencement of the placement season in July 2021. The placement rate of the students are more than 90%. My plan after getting the degree is to work in a good IT company.

Placement over here is 100 per cent. The package may be very low approx 3lpa. but still, if you sit for the placement you will get placed for sure. Placement generally begins at end of 3rd year i.e from starting of 7th semester. all the major companies visit the campus and the highest package according to my knowledge was 1cr given by Amazon Germany and the highest domestic package is 45 lpa whereas the lowest can come up to 1.2 lpa. my plan after the degree is to go for higher education basically MBA.

students are eligible for placements after the 7th semester. about 500 companies visit srm and almost all of the students get placed apparently. the highest package of srm is 1C per annum and the lowest goes as low as 20-30k per month. I'm planning to appear for the placement process after I graduate

I love this department for now generation BCA is the most important one for studying about information technology. Teachers really help with exams they give all the study materials to study. And helps with our doubts.

In this college, the students can go for an internship after 6 semesters and they are also eligible for campus placements recently so many companies offer packages to the freshers and the percentage of students are high and getting placements has.

campus placements at my college are very good. It offers 100% placement. Because if you not got placed then SRM will keep you in the same college this is the pro of this college I actually like it. Almost all branches get good placement offers in core as well as non-core departments. Though the core placement is not that high but non-core placements are top-notch. My plans after getting the degree are to take the placement offer and work in the corporate field for future career development.

Mechatronics is a course that is not offered in many colleges in India. The main focus of the course is automation and robotics. I chose the course because the batch strength for my stream was less and the course curriculum was very interesting. There were around 160 students in my batch and roughly 30 teachers. The practical part of the curriculum could have been better, exams were conducted quite regularly in the college. Every month exams were conducted but the questions were almost similar to every year's paper. Clearing the exams was not as difficult as it seems.

I choose this course because it is very useful for me to do the professional course named company secretary. the faculties are very good and highly talented and they give individual attention to all the students. the teacher's degrees are so big and they have also finished many professional courses and they guide the students very well.
