Life in PAU

Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise fees is around 38k-40k yearly for general category students for SC/ST stundents its around 3k yearly.Tution fees is around 12000 plus various funds are included plus college library fees around 700, nearly 10 scolarships are given based on different criteria like merit based , rural background, reserved class etc.

lets start, (one time charges at time of admission)university admission fees - 23570? semester wise charges- college admission fees-470?,tuition fees-15460?,examination fees-1520?,university library fees-1240?,book bank fees-940?,student's welfare funds-4395?, It service charges-610?,college co-curricular activities fund-580?,student aid fund-290?. Refundable securities(one time at the time of admission) -10600? Total fees (1st semester) -59,675?, total for each subsequent semester-25505?. scholarship of these students depends on the ocpa/cp between 6.5-10.00. all the rights are with the university its self for reducing and increasing the fees as per there requirements. the other category (sc,st) fees structure is same as is they take admission in the general category ranking

For BSc Agriculture ( Hons. ) Admission fees - 60K approx (might increase now) : including semester fees ( sem 1 ) Tution fees ( per semester ) - Around 11K Total fees per semester ( including other charges ) : 20K ( for day scholars ) ; 25K ( for hostellers ) Scholarships Available: -Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST students -Half fee concession for EWS -Half / Full fee concession for students that excel in youth festival and InterVarsity tournaments -Piara Singh Parmar Student Aid Fund -Merit Based Scholarship upto 18000/- are also provided to students who excel in academics. -GS Khush Foundation Merit Scholarship

The campus, it needs renovation and modification as classrooms are not worth the fees we pay.

The annual fee of institution is about ?65000 (without hostel) The fee structure is as - Semester fee 28000 Hostel fee 10170 Library funds 2500 Other funds Actually I am a hostler. My friend who is day scholar he has to pay only 30000 for semster. I doesn't belong to any category and not eligible for any scholarship schemes. With applying scholarship schemes you can avail benefit upto 40000 Rs.

No, the admission to M.Sc Food Technology is done on the basis of CET scores conducted by the University.
